Not that they care, seeing all the other negative reviews, but this place is AWFUL. I took my mother to an appointment here for a consultation, and she was treated horribly. The staff was beyond rude, didn't care what she had to say/wanted and were only interested in giving her dentures, which she has been advised against by multiple other dentists. Once she told them no to the dentures, they told her they weren't going to help her and that was the end of the appointment. Worse set of dentures I have ever had! I have bought before years ago and they lasted longer than these. I paid over $3,000 and they are shit! Some are splitting peeling. I don't know what they changed with the chemicals to make these but they definitely are not strong. Wasted over $3,000. All are rude as hell too. Never was like this years ago. I paid over $900 for a partial & then had another tooth pulled afterwards. Scheduled an appointment to add a tooth to the partial, which I was under the impression was at no cost because they state free adjustments for 6 months! They look in my mouth & do nothing else, then tell me it's another $420 to add the tooth! Plus they charge me $30 for the 2 minute inspection & assessment regarding the tooth addition! I went to this practice in Franklin to replace an old set of dentures. Once I was taken back, Dr. Lewis came in briefly to try to talk me into getting dental implants. When I declined and said that I only wanted new dentures, I never saw Dr. Lewis again. That was red flag #1 His staff are the only ones I dealt with. The first thing they did was try to sell me a denture care package and seemed a little annoyed that I was not interested. Red flag #2 I chose and paid for the ultimate fit dentures, expecting something that would fit well and last a long time. They did not take normal impressions, put some stuff in my old dentures and I had to leave those with them. Came back at noon for a trial fit. It wasn't right so had to be redone. I was however able to wear my old dentures when I left. Came back again that same day at 4:00 for another try in. I told them that they still didn't feel right, but they assured me that when the final denture was delivered that it would be fine. The whole process was rush, rush, rush. It felt like an assembly line. Red flag #3 I came back 2 days later to pick them up. It took a couple of adjustments, they still felt very loose, but stupid me decided to give them a try. Horrible decision! For one thing, they shorted me 4 teeth of all things. All 4 back teeth were missing! There were so many things wrong with them, and they were not the denture package I paid for. They got pretty hateful when I called all upset and demanding a refund. I wish I had read the reviews first, I would have never gone here. Purchased new denture wear package a few years back. This is with current owner. Within a few weeks a front tooth fell out of denture. I spent over $6000. with these people. They put it back in and has been ok since. Now I have a back tooth that has fallen out of my upper plate. So I stopped in to ask about how the repair procedure would work. Was t old I would have to come in for x-rays and a checkup to get the tooth repaired. I said what does that have to do with repairing my denture. That is the only way we will do it I was told. REDICULOUS! This place was owned by a female a few years ago. My wife had hers done when she owned it. She has had no problems and the place was much friendlier at that time. They are now a bunch of RUDE people who are out for one thing. YOUR MONEY! And their products are priced like you would think you're getting quality, but you are not. The staff here is rude. They have no understanding of patients physical and medical issues. I have got my dentures here.it was not v good .I thought it needs a adjustment. I went to make the adjustments But the guy who adjusted he made it worse. I told him right there that it's worse. But he says your gums go to adjust it .and he says it is fine .But I felt it never got better. Then I went for another adjustment and same guy named Maxwell started working and again he made it more worse .and I told him it is not better. He says put some powder on them .and he showed me the powder bottle. I strongly feel this guy doesn't know what he is doing. My dentures were much better before the adjustments. I will never recommend this place for anyone. I called and got a appointment and was told that a full set of dentures would be $495 for their economy set. I was pressured by the staff for a upgrade sale and told by the doctor that I would need to have a operation on my mouth and fake bone put in. I have been wearing dentures for 20 years and never had any problems with the upper plate. I only needed to replace it because of a minor stroke and passed out and they broke. When they couldn't get me to upgrade the price jumped to over $800 for just a single upper plate when I asked about the price difference I was told that I could just leave and then was tried to get me to leave by the back door. Offsite informant was less than ideal. I was told that they were in network. They were not. One of their male dental assistants loves their job, the other needs an attitude adjustment. Offsite scheduler said i would be able to make it to work by 3. I was there at 7:30 and didnt finish until 4. They need to inform people to check with their insurance and to take the day off work. First dental assitant needs to face clients when he speaks to them. The orthodontist and Maxwell were fantastic. They could spread their people skills across to other coworkers. read more

I went to Affordable to see about getting a wisdom tooth out. The assistant explained everything to me and went over having nitrous or Valium in case I was nervous. I hadn't had an office go over that with me before for my other wisdom teeth. Dr. Lewis was awesome and had the tooth out fast!! Having had previous service done, I went back for implants. On my initial visit, everything went as expected. I was given a price for the process and agreed to the service. Of course, the process for implants requires the extraction of all teeth, so I was fitted for a denture and told that it required healing for 6 months. After 6 months, I was anxious to move forward. I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $200 on the next visit for an additional xray. Following the xray, the assistant came in to go over my plan. At this point, she proceeded to inform me that the "rest of the plan" was going to cost $16,500. That's above the $5000 that I was quoted initially. My "plan" went from $5K to $21K in seconds. Had I known about the additional cost 6 months prior, my actions would've been considerably different. Essentially, I was bait and switched into having full extractions without full disclosure of the costs. I have no options at this point, but to pay the additional cost as I have no teeth. As you can imagine, moving forward, my attorney will be involved with this process. Buyer beware. read more

Went to this office because I had a decent experience with the dentist prior. This appointment was decent until we had to deal with the office manager Kelly. My family and I have never been treated so rudely in a professional setting. She made the whole experience a nightmare. My daughter was there to get her wisdom teeth out and she became tearful as she had never had teeth pulled before. She was not hysterical, she was talking calmly and just scared. Kelly walked into the room and told us to get out as they could not help us, they weren't going to tolerate her crying as this could become dangerous to the staff. In healthcare, we sometimes become tearful when faced with a difficult procedure and kindness and compassion can go a long way. My daughter told her she was just a bit anxious and was ok to proceed with the procedure but she literally told her to "get out". My daughter asked her to not interrupt her and Kelly said that "a little girl is not going to talk to me like this". My daughter did absolutely nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I am still in shock by the way were treated. Unbelievable, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever. read more
