The staff are amazing and passionate. As a whole, they did over above and beyond to help me. I remember I need to send the Proof of Death of my husband to the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines, the lovely staff took the initiative to fax it and went out of her way to drove us to FED-EX depot so that we can send the documents right away. I also need to find the songs for the memorial service, in such a short notice they were able to find it for me. The documentation I need, it was all prepared before I asked for it.
