The great thing about Yelp is that you can post your project and get quotes from multiple shops. I received about six different estimates for repainting my 2008 Nissan Altima--they ranged anywhere from $1,300 up to $8,000, all based on my general request for a full repaint for my grandson, who's currently working on getting his learner's permit. About a year ago, I also got a quote from Bob, the owner of Affordable Collision, for my 2006 Chevrolet Express van--and anyone who owns one knows how badly those older vans can start to peel. Other than sanding, there really wasn't much repair work needed, and the final cost came out to just a little over $1,000, including tax. As you can see from the photos, their work truly speaks for itself. Whoever painted the car did an outstanding job--no question about it. Keep in mind, this Altima is 17 years old and probably worth around $2,500, but that new paint job alone definitely boosted its value. More importantly, it's my grandson's first car. If he scratches it, or even wrecks it--that's part of the learning curve. At least when he drives it to high school, he won't feel embarrassed about what he's driving. I had my hood repainted here not too long ago, I wasn't satisfied. At first I was told about three days of work which I understood, thinking the hood is supposed to get buffed, scraped to the metal, put a primer, get dried, so on & so forth. I left my car one day, got a call the next day, they said my car is done. Ok, that was quick. No way all that work explained to me can b done overnight. I thoroughly checked the work done when I got home. They did a shortcut kind of work, I knew then it wasn't done right as what I was told, it looked to me like they just repainted over the existing color, I still saw the hood chips from its prior condition. There was no quality to the work at all, 'just to make a quick buck. And they charged a lot for the work done. read more

Lips paint started chipping the day after the car was painted. I just gave it a quick wash because it got dusty I didn't even use a pressure washer.. I even paid for stage 2 paint, assuming it would've been better but they don't even want to warranty it out, they don't want to be responsible when they said it had 5 year warranty and it hasn't even been 3 months since I painted it! read more

The staff was pleasant but I had to return several times because I could hear air whistling through the front passenger door that was damaged. I finally gave up and could not keep coming back for adjustments that never really fixed the problem completely. My car was involved in an accident 2/15 and I took it to this place spoke directly to Bob whom stated he was the owner and most honest person I'll ever meet, what a joke. Got my car back on 4/7 the first time and it literally looks like I put the car together myself the hood is crooked and the sensors in the from is not centered not to mention the bumper wiggles when I drive, the hood feels like it's about to pop off any minute when driving on the highway, I had to return the car because they disconnected my ac which had nothing to do with the wreck. Anyways spoke do Bob again with all my concerns mentioned above he did reconnect my ac and then proceeded to tell me the work done on my vehicle was what my insurance paid for and there was nothing he could do about. I'm livid, I spoke to my insurance and they basically said they paid for a professional repair services and if I wasn't satisfied I would return it to the collision center, I got my car back permanently on 4/21 and Bob looked me in the face and told me the car was perfect that man needs his glasses adjusted because it looks horrible, and now I'm stuck with a fucked up looking car neither this place nor my insurance have recommendations on how to resolve my issues. read more

Someone backed into my car in the Smith's parking lot. Of course nobody saw any thing. Went to get a couple of estimates. I was going to pay myself because I didn't want my insurance to go up. Had a $400 estimate and then went to Affordable collision. Bob the owner gave me a estimate and explained everything and how long it would take. His price was about the same and I chose him to do the job. Glad I did because the job was done perfectly. Had to blend the pearl paint to perfection. Can't even tell it's a different fender. I felt like I was discriminated, I walked end and asked if I could get my hood painted red, I am going to get the whole car repaint. Yes I know its going to be a waste of money to just paint the hood, but my car is a Nissan r34 GTR, I paid alot for this car and its only a few in the country, its very rare and I am very scared to have random shops working on it. The guy was like i don't want to work on your hood or your car, i work on Lamborghinis, and Ferrari's all the time, i don't need your work. It was recommended by a gentleman to my Aunt and Uncle that they go to Affordable Collision after they had an accident with their 2016 Jaguar F-Type. They took their vehicle there and the service was well and they dealt with the insurance companies making sure that everything was running smoothly and taken care of as far as getting the parts and pricing. After her vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up we went and checked out the work that had been done and it was as if her car was brand new, never been in an accident. It looked amazing! Also, on top of that my car a 2016 Honda CRV which was involved in a hit and run a few years back had a dinged up back rear passenger side where a piece was popped out and I just had never gotten it fixed. I brought it up to Bob the owner, he evaluated my vehicle and he told me it would be a simple fix especially since I brought up to him that all I wanted to do was pop my back piece into place so it's not sticking out and not looking to have the whole metal frame work on my car fixed. Price was very good far under what I was expecting the price to be which is why I was dreading bringing it into get it fixed plus it was done super quick, the results were superb for what I was looking for. These guys are personal, personable, and 100% trustworthy. They went above and beyond fixing the bumper and rear quarter panel of my '07 Camry and kept me updated every step of the way. He also took the letters off of My car that describes the make and model of My car and said they could not put them back on. He told Me this AFTER he had My car painted!!! Those letters will cost $201.63 to replace and he will not buy them. Outrageous!!! No doubt he could probably get a discount. I put a nasty scratch on my brand new car last week and after I was done being sick about it, I went to Affordable Collision. From the moment I walked in, Bob (the owner) treated me as if I were his only customer and gave me a professional and detailed estimate for the repairs my vehicle would need. Everything was put in writing and he gave me a time frame for the work to be completed. I took my car in this week and just got it back today.
