Dropped the car off, and another happy customer was yelling at the customer service rep about them breaking their tire pressor sensors. I thought that sounded a little unrealistic. "Youre driving a 2016" said the rep, as if a 2016 couldnt be a nice car, an acura or something. Anyways, then my own saga began. I asked, the service rep to please balance my wheels, and align the car since theyre gonna be taking them off to do the bumper. They yelled at me, it doesnt need an alignment, were already done the car! i insisted, and when i picked up the car, my tires were low, below the tires reccomended psi. 30 instead of 39. I will say the wheels are balanced nicely. Also the bumper was repaired adequately. Appreciate that. however, upon picking up the car i had to go down to the tire shop immediately. Then, as i was driving the short distance, i noticed the car had been retuned, i would guess im getting only 105 hp instead of 169 at 7,000 rpm. Just the week before i had gone down to the mechanic and got an oil change, and noticed my car was getting great mpg, 36 mpg this week, and everything was tuner. not so when i picked up the ride from marlborough nissan. The mechanic left his pit momentarily "You're weak!" he yelled in my direction, a bald white guy in a blue collared shirt. i was using my blind guy cane at the time because my vision is diminished from the kia crossing the center line at 100 mph nearly killing me 2 years back. So it took me a few days looking over the car to notice all the damage these disrespectful, uncaring people did to my car. I use the car to transport my loved ones, and other things. anywaYS, THE CAR did have a slight rip in the drivers seat when i dropped the car off. when i picked the car up 2 days later, it appeared someone used a tool to gauge or cut the seat close to the original rip. My car had no lights on the dash, maintenance lights, i would have noticed since i just had picked it up at a mechanic i actually trust and go to regularly, a day before. While retuning the car, probably because the mechanic is a part of white supremacy groups, a common thing with mechanics who ride harleys on the weekend, the dash now has "Check oil" "maintenance required" lights on. I walked back in briefly, and they offered to charge me for another "diag" a 275$ upcharge. I was not given the receipt and asked them to email me, while talking to their disagreeable customer service reps. You chose to be in customer service, Marissa, and Craig the advisor, you could go into another field if you dont like being polite to people. I am paying off this 30,000$ car thats only 2 years old, I dont appreciate it being Vandalized. Marissa replied, what can you prove, bring paperwork from the tire shop. No, i will not set foot on your lot. Provide me with a copy of the what i signed when i dropped the car off. I will take you to small claims court. finally, lastly, i had an enterprise rental car, a 2024 audi with not a scratch on it. I turned the audi keys into Marlborough nissan, a day after i got it. Marlborough Nisssan lied to enterprise saying i had the rental an extra 9 days, no idea if they were cruising around in the rental or it was just parked. luckily i have rented probably 120 cars from enterpriese and they didnt charge me for all that extra time and fees. I felt i was fairly polite, up until today about how things were handled by this shop. Starting with Paul in the body shop, who was immensely rude and kept demanding some paperwork from Geico i was aving trouble accessing on my phone because im partially blind. I notice they reply to all consumer complaints, i look farward to the slander they are sure to post below my comment. I will spend all day on this today, yelp reviews, google reviews I called Nissan consumer affairs (again) I will make a complaint to the ACLU and then, I will take MARLBOROUGH NISSAN to small claims court. Not because i will make much money, but because you inconvenienced me, cost me time and energy, and im sure your legal team needs just another small claim to deal with. After all, your profit from this work was probably 300 or so or less, and now, with the loss of business and the legal hassles, youll be down easily 4,000 - 6,000$.... about what it will cost to repair the seats, retune the car, and move. "Oh, you have failed right front wheel roll bearing". Total job $700. "Oh, you only have less than 25% left on your rear brake pads, must be replaced". $300+, don't remember exactly. Refused to replace brake pads, paid for the roll bearing replacement. Learned on youtube how to replace brake pads on Nissan I have. Bought replacement pads, pulled brake pad and found it has at least 50% left.

As we were walking up to him, I told him that he has a tough job ahead of him, as we have been Toyota owners since the 1990's. MATTHEW acknowledged that and took on the challenge with a smile. He was genuine, not pushy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. I said, we continue to be Toyota lovers, but are hesitant to get a Rav 4, because this year it is a hybrid model. We were looking for something similar in size. He took the time to listen to what exactly we wanted in our car, which was a sunroof, heated, leather seats and safety features. We decided to look at the Honda CRV and take it for a test drive. Although MATTHEW was young, he obviously learned a great deal about being good at his job, he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. Before the test drive, he took us through the entire CRV, explained in detail the features that it had and how each of them worked. Throughout the process, MATTHEW was patient and never pressured us, making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. MATTHEW was easy to talk to, he answered all our questions honestly and provided helpful suggestions, which made our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I found personal items in the car (wallet, Apple CarPlay cable, paperwork), which the salesperson said belonged to the other staff member when I asked. Advertised features on their website, such as wheel locks, were not included. The online listing was misleading: the "Buy For" price effectively adds $1,000 if you do not have a trade‑in; in small print it states a $1,000 trade‑in bonus is included in the sale price while dealer fees are not. The salesperson sent the front‑desk receptionist I met earlier instead of a manager, saying they could not drop the price because another customer was ready to buy it with a trade‑in; I stood up to leave, then the manager came and said they would give me the advertised price. If you wonder why they sold me the vehicle instead of the other customer with a trade‑in (who would have generated more profit), it is because no one else was actually looking at the vehicle. During paperwork the finance manager added a $215 Protection Plus charge I never authorized or signed for and pressured me to purchase a $2,900 warranty, even making an unprofessional remark when I declined: "I will let you make that mistake." I made a second trip to the dealership and they removed that charge because it violates Chapter 93A of the Massachusetts General Laws. The overall lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling scammed, deeply disappointed, and deceived. A few months ago I bought the same make and model from a Subaru dealership and the experience was the opposite: I was treated with respect, the online price matched the in‑person price (aside from disclosed dealer fees), and there were no hidden fees or games. Prospective buyers should verify advertised features and review every line of paperwork before signing.

I know they have a reputation for super slow service here, but appointments for freon refills should be same day. Even though I knew that my car just needed freon, I was being charged a comprehensive diagnosis fee of over $200. After waiting 2 hours to hear that my car was out of freon like I told them, they then wanted to charge me over $540 to fill it! Despite the fact that I know I can get it for a fraction of that price at a different provider two towns awat, at least I got the comprehensive diagnostic, right?... WRONG! I asked if there was a leak in my system and they had no idea because they don't diagnose that until after the freon is filled?! So why did I pay over $200 for a comprehensive diagnostic report when zero diagnostics were done? No test results OF ANY KIND were given to me or emailed either. I told them there was no freon and I was right... Shouldn't you pay me $200 for doing your job? I bought this car at Best Ford and it's clear that they don't backup the quality of their service. Then because I wouldn't be able to make it back to pick up my car before closing, they have a lockbox system so I could grab my keys to get my car without waiting 2 days for them to open again. But I didn't get the lockbox code texted to me like the rep said I would get right away because he admitted that he accidentally sent it to the wrong phone number! So my lockbox code with my car keys was sent to someone else who could have easily shown up, grabbed my keys and stolen my car and the belongings inside of it. All because the rep was careless with my personal information and too lazy to change the code to something other than 0001! So the problem that I made an appointment for was not fixed, I paid over $200 to have a 4-hour inconvenience on my one day off work and it put my personal property in danger.... I should just challenge the credit card charge because I literally received absolutely no product or service. Let's see how they like processing fees getting raised if I don't get my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

    The incompetence at this jeep dealership is astounding. Our salesperson knew absolutely nothing…read moreabout jeeps and made no effort to learn about them. As potential buyers we knew more about the cars which he joked about. He continued to tell us he had been selling cars for 22 years but in all honesty this seemed like the first car he'd ever sold. He made every mistake in the book including not having us sign the title for the trade in and multiple mistakes on the registration which all told took multiple unreturned phone calls and 3 weeks. We had to demand temporary plates while they figured out their mess. The sales manager is pushy and sneaky. They continued to try to trick us into paying more than the advertised price. When I repeatedly called them out on it, they started making endless jokes at my expense about being "tough, difficult, a pit bull." The jokes continued every time we had to go back to their dealership. I don't think they appreciated a woman calling them out on their deceiving tactics. The only knowledgeable and respectful person we dealt with there was the financial manager, Dakota. Save yourself a lot of hassle and take your business elsewhere.

I understand and accept that dealerships may inspect other items during service, but what followed raised serious concerns for me. I was initially charged $153 for the oil change alone. When I questioned the amount, the service advisor who originally helped me was not available, so other employees assisted me. They immediately looked at each other in confusion and even questioned among themselves why the price was so high. When the original advisor returned and realized what we were discussing, his behavior became noticeably nervous and uncomfortable. I explained that I was already concerned because about a year earlier, my wife had taken the same vehicle to the dealership and was charged close to $500 for a wheel alignment the car supposedly needed. At the time, I believed she had been overcharged. Now, once again, I was facing what appeared to be another excessive charge. In addition to the $153 oil change, I was being quoted over $330 total due to an air filter replacement that they claimed had been damaged by rodents. After I questioned the charges and the unusual pricing was noticed by other employees as well, the advisor suddenly stated that the oil change price was "probably a computer mistake" and said he would adjust it. At that point, I also instructed them not to replace the air filter. In the end, my total bill came down to only $68. That is a massive difference from the original amount I was presented with. This experience left me seriously questioning the honesty and transparency of the service department. It also made me wonder whether the air filter was truly damaged as claimed. After this experience, I now have doubts and concerns about the recommendations being made to customers. I felt it was important to leave this review because the entire situation seemed very strange and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be reconsidering where I take my vehicle for future service and maintenance.
