I can not say enough about the service I received from Angie at Cowpokes Western Shop…read more I placed an order online, kind of last minute. I was worried if I could get it shipped from MN to CA by Christmas. Not only did I receive a personal email from the store after their posted business hours (I placed my order after they were closed on a Sunday night) bright and early the next morning, they had my order packed, picked up and already and on its way shipped out before I even got out of bed!! I highly recommend this business and would buy from them again without ANY hesitation whatsoever. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The prices were fantastic and the service is as good as it gets!! My hats off to them!!

When I found two older ladies sitting in a corner eating, I asked if they could help or let me know where the working employee was since I assumed they must be on lunch. One turns to me and said to me in the most sarcastic and rude tone ever, "Yeah, no duh that's us, we did not just sit here and to eat lunch...blah blah". The other lady told her to knock it off and she just rolled her eyes. It was so rude and unpleasant. I cannot believe that they have people like that working there. I will not be back and I told everyone I know about this horrible experience! You are better off taking your money to people who won't treat you like crap!
