Called 3 days in a row to the number listed on the card in order to ask about a booking (during business hours mind you). Then went to the website; which is great, but did not have the city needed listed. I even sent an email on the 3rd day using the website and still not response. Based on price and reviews I did not want to use anyone else. Called today, on the 4th day and finally an answer... just to be told based on bookings you cannot deliver out to destination desired. Well maybe you could have had you called me back or responded 4 days ago. Was going to to rent 2 bounce houses in LANTANA but now the business is going elsewhere. I have worked 25 yrs in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field and have a lot of patience, but this was just not cool!

Her husband Simon and son Simon Jr. and the rest of their staff did an excellent job setting up and breaking down. They were friendly, understanding about changes, and worked with a sense of urgency to get everything completed in a timely fashion. We have used them ever since for our 4-5 events per year-- items in particular that we've rented include pop-up tents, pole tents, portable stage, folding tables, folding chairs, lights, no-blow plastic table covers, ice chests, podium, easels- and I'm sure there's more! At Once is my favorite thanks to their friendly nature, detailed billing, great set up and break down crews, and fair pricing for quality equipment.

They showed up a couple hours earlier than expected so our kids got some time in it alone. The bounce house was VERY clean and seemed to be well maintained. We will be doing business with this company again for sure and would highly recommend friends and family to them.

Maybe they don't know how to tell time because the party start on our contract was 11:30am and they arrived at 11:47am. Last time I checked, 11:47am is AFTER 11:30am. They also never apologized to being late. I would know since I was the first person the delivery guys ran into. They're now backtracking on saying the unit was actually cleaned. Weird how neither the guys setting it up nor her original email response stated that it was actually cleaned. Her original email response literally says "That didn't leave us enough time to give it the full cleaning we normally would before bringing it to your event.". Classic backtracking. Finally her response to trying to "make it right". Do you see where in her email response she tried to "make it right" because I sure don't. Did she offer a reimbursement? A credit for future rental? Sure didn't. It doesn't take a genius to see she's trying desperately to save face, but the poor reviews on her tell you everything you need to know. ---------- Rented an inflatable three weeks in advance. Showed up almost 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. On top of that, the inflatable was dirty (see photo). One of the guys said he'd call a supervisor to see if he could clean it, but didn't end up calling and just sprayed it off with our hose so basically you can completely ignore this line on their website: "What sets us apart: All inflatables are cleaned, sanitized, and state-inspected per Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations.". Obviously not cleaned or sanitized. Their response to these issues was basically "sorry, but we were busy". See the image of their email response. They had also texted asking if they could deliver the day prior and pick up the inflatable the day after our scheduled day. I replied with no because we wouldn't be there to watch it and they never responded even after I reached back out to confirm that wouldn't be an issue. Find a different place to rent from if you want a CLEAN inflatable and decent communication.

They were easy to contact and answered my emailed question within hours of sending it off. After going over exactly what I would get with my deal, I made my purchase and set up my party times with them. What I got was more than I expected. The bounce house itself was the same as pictured and a bit bigger than what I expected, to the delight of myself and my daughter. They also had extra chairs and tables available and brought them for me, which was a blessing (because we ended up needing them!). They were swift on the set up, went through their contract and liablility information with me, and walked me through turning the unit on and off if I needed. When they returned to pick up the bounce house and tables & chairs afterwards, they were swift and timely. I wasn't home at the time, but the other family members who were there said they moved so quickly and quietly, they didn't even realize they were there until they were notified that they were leaving. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had an issue finding the right key for our commons area and they remained kind. We got it all worked out in a few minutes and they set up everything for the inflatable water slide and even cleaned/disinfected the entire thing. The slide was in excellent condition which shows they value safety for kids :) Our event ended early and we were told to call if that occurred and they'd be right over. They came took down and drained the entire thing in a matter of minutes. Overall BOUNCE IT UP DFW is an excellent place to get a inflatable water slide and/or bounce house. Everything about our Barrel-O-Monkeys experience was excellent, except the photos (or lack of) on the their website. You will find a plethora of different bounce houses, however, they offer only ONE view of each bounce house. I would highly suggest they update their website w/several images depicting different views of each bounce house. Currently you will find one photo and a brief written description of the item you are viewing. We ordered a 6-1 wet/dry combo bounce house, which was AMAZING! Due to the single photo we ended up calling to both confirm our reservation & get a better description of what the bounce house offered. When we called we spoke to Reyna, what a tremendous asset to the company! Reyna quickly found our reservation, listened to what we wanted to rent & then explained that the particular item we rented wouldn't work with what we described we wanted. Reyna then happily went over their selection of bounce houses that better fit what we wanted. Reyna was very knowledgeable, most kind, listened/answered our many questions and took her time in explaining the different features of each bounce house. Once we picked the perfect bounce house we could not wait to see the reaction of our grandson. Well, our grandson face lit-up with pure excitement when he saw the bounce house inflating. Seeing the joy & excitement on his face made the expense of the bounce house totally worth every cent. When his classmates & friends saw the bounce house they all could not contain their excitement! A $695 rental somehow became over $1,157 after "damage liability protection," delivery/setup fees, a "setup surface fee," and then tax on top of everything. The pricing felt extremely misleading and like constant nickel-and-diming at checkout. What made it worse was the customer service. The communication came across as poor, dismissive, and honestly demeaning instead of helpful. When customers are already frustrated by surprise charges, the last thing they want is to feel talked down to. Transparent pricing and respectful customer service would go a long way.
