Hired this company to put a French drain and sump pump in our basement. We were having problems…read morewith effervescent coming up and they assured us this would take care of of the problem. It did not! On top of that they left a huge mess in our basement, it was so bad we had to repaint entire floor. Tracked in dirt and mud covered the floors, after concrete repair was done, concrete particles covered floor some stuck so bad had to chisel up. Were the new concrete met the old concrete it is very uneven and lumpy in some places. We're they placed their "so called "hepa" filter to take the dust outside the wall adjacent to the filter was completely soaked and had a film of dirt on it. Pointed this out and they said they would clean it up. Half way attempted to clean it next day. I had to scrub wall down and repaint. Contacted them about coming back to clean up and paying for new paint and they said in their professional opinion they had done a quality job and would not even come back and inspect. Sent them pictures and didn't faze them! Still having problems with effervescence! Do not use this company!

They treat their employees and customers with the same respect and courtesy as family. I did not go with Signature Pools but the design and quality look amazing. The reason for the three…read morestars was solely based on the confusing emails and communication. I emailed and stated that my price point to build was $200,000. In the email I wanted to clarify that it would be sufficient for their time. The response was yes a minimum they accept was $150,000. I made a Discovery Appointment that was 3 weeks out and was excited to see what Signature Pools offered. About a week from the appointment I adjusted my budget to $150,000 as that was the minimum they worked with as stated. I wanted to budget my monthly expenses and plan for future projects. I emailed Signature back letting them know and the response I received was polite but disheartening. The response stated that they could not do a project for $150,000 as previously stated. This wasted two weeks of my time as I was focused on working with Signature. They were polite and did say I could keep my discovery appointment but the minimum amount was not sufficient for my project. No discussion about adjusting design, wants, needs, etc. Simply a polite discouragement. This is done for possibly two reasons in my opinion; 1) Signature Pools is an in demand builder and will prioritize and chase larger projects with larger revenue returns. They will not outright turn away customers with small budgets (not that $150,000-200,000 is small to me). 2) Signature Pools wants to get the customer in the door and then upsale. I visited their website and read the background of the company. Loved how they were from humble beginnings and are now a premier pool and backyard living space builder. They are simply not the same company they were originally based on my limited interaction. If you have the money ($200,000 +) this may be the company for you. I have no doubt they will do an amazing job. Plan on spending that much though and not their stated minimum of $150,000. Shane Beener
