My husband and I stopped here with our new Jayco Jay flight because we had heard that Affinity had a free dump station. After pulling in back, Josh was working outside and immediately helped direct our RV to the station. Josh was SO helpful and friendly and answered a couple questions we had (this was our first trip ever with our new RV) He didn't have to do that! Goes to show what a quality place Affinity RV is. USE CAUTION. We have supported Blue Compass for years. This is our 7th and final purchase from Blue Compass. In fact, I purchased a Brinkley at the Prescott location, which we still own today. As an active influencer in the RV community, I have referred a steady stream of customers to your dealerships. That ends today with Vice President of Sales, Brody Thompson's response. Beginning in January 2026 in Prescott Valley, AZ, we were excited to purchase a smaller RV, an addition to our Brinkley we purchased last year. We noticed a concern after being called to the dealership multiple times to complete or sign missing paperwork or make corrections. While waiting in the sales room, the finance manager, Michael, decided to have a conference call on speaker for everyone to hear. Unfortunately, mistakes were made and discussed on this call. Now, it required altering our original deal, which required an adjustment to the initial agreement. Michael requested an additional 6K due to this error, but we refused, staying firm with our 10K down payment. This is where it gets good. Well, a roadside service contract was added between the various revisions of the contract. Surprisingly, no verbal discussion occurred, as I would have easily refused. I've been paying for my own RV roadside service for years. Are they trying to recoup some of the additional $ 6K requested? Wait, it gets even better! Let's review my warranty contract. Oh wait, we can't. We were only provided the cover page of the warranty contract. The remaining pages, which included the cancellation policy, was not included. Luckily when we purchased our Brinkley last year, our warranty contract included all pages, which outlined the cancellation terms. This situation reflects poor process at best. At worst, it points to deception. Why cancel? They created an additional loan for the warranty, which doubled the original agreement and monthly payment. Two loans for one RV!?! The dealership now involved Blue Compass leadership, Vice President of Sales Brody Thompson. Now, Mr. Thompson is questioning our integrity instead of addressing the facts, stating, "This is the reason so many dealerships act as if they don't care about the customer, because it's clear so many customers care not to keep their word." Then closes his email with; "Two sides to a story". This response speaks for itself. He's not interested in customer service or learning the facts of this transaction; his only focus is sales. I will not accept an attack on my integrity when the issues in this transaction were outside my control, not communicated or created by others. The true reason why dealerships get a bad reputation are examples pointed out in this review. A dealership that conceals charges or promotes a false narrative in conflict with a signed legal contract raises serious ethical concerns. These actions reflect deceptive business practices and undermine the integrity of the transaction. That approach damages trust, violates consumer protections, and warrants formal review and exposure. Bottom Line: unauthorized add-ons, incomplete/missing documents, conflicting loans, & delayed refund. As an RV influencer, I will continue to share the facts of this story for years to come, including in our video review of the RV. ****DO NOT BUY OR TAKE ANY RV FOR SERVICE TO THIS COMPANY**** Our Forrest River trailer had damage from a house fire in May of 2021, our insurance sent it to Affinity. Here we are in the middle of February and the RV is still at Affinity. After 3 pickup attempts and numerous phone calls (90% were not answered or returned) the RV has not been restored to our pre-loss condition. Now I understand that in November Affinity was bought out by RV RETAILER LLC. The last pickup attempt a service adjuster would not even come out to walk around the trailer and that was with an appointment! And as of today February 16 still no returned phone calls from the dealer. The insurance agent has even tried to have them call.......CRICKETS! This review is getting 1 star only because it wont allow to give 0. Most of the work that has been done so far honestly a kindergartener could of done better, for example the replaced roof is bubbling, the graphics do not line up from back to side and probably about 20 other things still wrong. Simple warranty work totaling 7 hours of time. Rv sat for 3 months. Wrong parts ordered which caused delay after delay. Finally just picked it up and told them we would pick up remaining part and install it ourselves. Service called days later telling us they forgot to take pictures of work and we needed to haul camper back in. Expensive and unrealistic expectation for a customer. Final part arrived, we picked it up. Wrong part. Black trim ordered for a white trimmed ceiling. No apology by tech or service counter, which would have gone a long way. read more

This is the third time I have had an RV serviced at affinity and the second time that the repairs were subpar and required additional work while I was traveling. This time an axle that they replaced in May had nine bolts that anchored the axle to the frame none of which were tightened completely and all of which came loose while I was traveling in Alberta Canada. The cost to be on this trip was almost $3500 and affinity has denied any responsibility. they have refused to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs while I was traveling and my accommodations. I find this completely unacceptable and will be suing them to recover this money. Once again this is the second of three times I have had an RV repaired and the repairs required additional repairs while I was traveling. Do not take your RV to affinity for service! read more

I hate to say how bad the experience has been, because it is about the only option in the area. They smile at you and once you are out the door, do what they want with your RV. It started off great and they seemed willing to work with me, but then it became more about making as much profit as they could then doing it right. The work was incomplete and poorly done. The service manager stated even if I acquired the part, they would have a mark up on it, which was crazy. They installed the wrong part even after I offered to help researching the right one. What I ended up with is something that is an older model part with less and limited functionality. Very unhappy with the Service at the Prescott Valley shop. Bought a brand new 2021 Northpoint 5th wheel and it has spent more time in the shop than we have camped in it. They did a patch job instead of fixing the issues and now the rig is in a shop in Las Vegas for maybe up to a month getting fixed. Waiting for parts from Jayco. We ordered a new Greyhawk 27U in late December 2020 with some preferred upgrades. We were told it will be completed in April 2021 and delivered in May 2021 by their Jayco Representative. The service department at the Prescott Valley location is horrible. I was given a hard time, the run around and flat out LIED TO regarding a recall issue that I was trying to get fixed. I spoke with Tim and a lady numerous times only after I originated the phone calls. They promised to return calls after we spoke about issues, but never would. I agree, recalls suck for you and me but when you sell the product you also agree to perform service work for the manufacturer. You should be ashamed at the reviews listed here. read more

We had a problem with our RV and were travelling through Prescott Valley. The previous night our heater stopped blowing hot air and it was COLD. Although Affintiy was very busy and the technicians were slammed they took a quick look and were able to help us get the heater blowing heat. Nice, super efficient, friendly A+ service. If I could give 6 stars, I would! We bought our first bumper pull from the location in Precott in 2012, so when it was time to upgrade to a 5th Wheel, we tried a few Phoenix RV dealers first (Little Dealer, Orangewood), before returning to Affinity. Upon arrival, the salesman John was friendly, knowlegable and offered to "babysit" our dogs while my wife and I toured each coach. Upon finding a floor plan similar to what we were looking for, John found that other options were available at their Prescott Valley location. Once we got there, we me the salesman Clint, who was just as friendly and knowledgeable as John. There was no pressure or creepy sales tactics, only professionalism and courtesy. The price of the coach was nearly 20K less than the IDENTICAL coach that was found elsewhere (as was the case with our original purchase in 2012), so we went in to do the famous "crunch some numbers routine". Clint put together our information and turned us over to Sean in Finance who just carried the torch of professionalism. Signing the papers was painless and there was no pressure applied to buy needless things or add ons. Great conversations topped off the experience. The walkthrough on delivery day was fantastic and the technician was paitent and knowledgeable. Clint, our salesman even came along with the technician to help set up and deliver the coach on site to hook us all up. I haven't even mentioned how kind everyone was to our fur babies, how approachable they all were and hospitable with soup, chili, beverages, service AFTER the sale, where Clint called me on my day off to check how our first few nights were. Worst service and service people I've had to deal with! As long as you're spending $80,000 on a new rig, they're all smiles and accommodating. As soon as you start having issues with your rig, it's a whole different ballgame. We had them do all the required maintenance the year and a half we had the trailer. Then we started having issues with the generator, batteries, refrigerator and other minor problems. When they assign you a day and time and indicate how long the repairs will take, add three to four weeks to that time. We had to bring the trailer in several times for a generator issue, they put about 25 hours on the generator trying to find the problem, and I explained to them the problem only seemed to happen when we were down in the desert, not at altitude. They could never find the problem, but tried to charge me a $100+ every visit for a diagnostic fee because they couldn't find a problem. I ended up having to haul the trailer down to Phoenix and Oman took less than ten minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. On more occasions than I can count, we had to pick the trailer up before repairs were done because the promised 1 week repair time would stretch into 2 or 3 weeks and we had plans for using the trailer, then would have to bring it back. We had a couple of insurance claims, one in June for hail damage, one the first of December for damage from a blown tire. I understand with Covid and the difficulty getting parts is an issue, and I have no problem with that. It took almost 5 months and several trips back to the shop to get the hail damage repaired. From the time I tried to schedule the repairs for the blowout the first of December, I was told that they would schedule the repairs when the parts came in. Towards the end of January, I went in to check the status of getting the repairs done and was told they hadn't ordered the parts yet. I asked how long we were looking to get parts and was told 4-6 weeks. The very next day we traded our trailer in for a motor home, and called Affinity to tell them to cancel the parts order, but nobody in service answered the phone so I explained to the receptionist we no longer had the trailer and wanted to cancel the parts and they said they would pass along the message. Four days later I get a phone call stating that the parts were in and wanted to schedule a time to bring the trailer in. I informed them we no longer owned the trailer and didn't need the parts, and was told, once parts are ordered, I was responsible for paying for them. I then get another phone call from one of the rudest service people who will go unnamed that they have a legal document stating I was responsible for paying for the parts or legal action would be taken, a document I never saw. After spending over $80,000 on a new trailer, $3 or $4 thousand on repairs and maintenance, this is how they treat their customers over $700 in parts for trailers they repair weekly with these same parts. I have spoken with several people who have had similar experiences with Affinity, and we had a miserable experience with Affinity a few years back trying to buy a trailer, and swore we would never do business with them again. Unfortunately, Affinity had the only trailer that fit our needs, so we gave them a second chance. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me!! Buyer Beware!!' read more

We purchased our RV from this dealer- sales department was great- service is a different story. They are not friendly. We came in to have our 2018 TT serviced and there were 3 employees standing there- no one greeted us. Saying hi goes a long way. After a few minutes of being ignored- someone finally said hi- when we went back to pick up my TT (at my appointment time- so one would think they would be expecting me) we waiting again for someone just to acknowledge our presence- I had to ask what was wrong- and what they repaired- and he said he didn't know and attempted to read it off the document. Nobody knew! He asked me to pay the bill- and said "ok it's outside." Wouldn't you think they would walk us out and show us the repairs?! Guess not. If you want parts for your mobile home needing body work you are in for a long wait. I recently went to a body shop to repair my 2017 RV, they get their parts through Affinity. After 2 weeks Affinity had not located the parts number in order to order the parts. I then personally called the manufacturer to obtain the necessary part numbers. I gave the information to the body shop who relayed the numbers to Affinity After another 11 days Affinity had still not ordered the parts I decided to go to another body shop where parts were ordered and received in 4 days. read more

Well, after being quoted 3-5 days for an Air Conditioning repair, it took 15 days and my $100 deductible extended warranty turned out to be $801. Affinity gets you in and then strings you out. You become trapped in their system and have few options. In this case, it took longer and cost much more than expected. Wait....there's more, I'm on the road headed into much cooler weather. This morning I tried to run the furnace and the thermostat no longer recognized that there is a furnace! It worked fine before Affinity got on the roof and installed the 70% mark-up AC unit. So, I'm in California now looking for an RV dealer to fix Affinity's mistake. Only use Affinity if you are desperate and be sure and check their repair COMPLETELY. Already wrote a review on their site so not going to get into detail here. Let me say the general manager is the most unprofessional piece of shit I have ever dealt with. There service dept. is a complete joke. I was refused service today because the general manager has no people skills and refuses to assist customers in a professional manner. I left several messages to have the owner Bob call me, with no success. First Yelp complaint ever: BEWARE OF AFFINITY Affinity RV Owner, Bob, has NO HONOR and ZERO concern for customer relations! Yesterday afternoon we bought an RV at Affinity RV. Purchased a few items, planned our trip, giggled all evening and went to bed dreaming about the new adventures that await... We signed the purchase contract, put down our deposit as requested, and set a time to go through the vehicle and pay the balance today at 1pm. SOLD - OUR NAME ON THE SOLD TAG. SOLD - CONTRACT IN HAND This morning, we received a phone call that Affinity (owner Bob's decision) is not going to honor the sale. We, along with another couple, were looking at the same RV yesterday. The excellent salesperson we were working with called the Sales Manager who called the owner and received APPROVAL for price/terms of the sale. The salesperson was ABSOLUTELY honorable; disclosing to the Sales Manager that there was another couple looking at the same unit at the same time. We agreed to pay the price quoted us and salesperson was advised that the first couple to complete the process with a $5000 deposit would be the new owners. I even took a picture of the two salespeople - ours and the one who was "second' in line at the cash register...just after our deposit went through. Apparently, salesman #2 went whining to the owner, Bob, who - without even bothering to call us to discuss the matter - told our salesperson to call us and tell us that the contract we held was not going to be honored. That they were going to sell it to the other couple. Isn't this illegal? I've never heard of such a thing; and I've been in sales for over 20 years. How can the owner go back on his word? How can he not even care enough about a customer to call us directly? I stood right beside our salesperson who followed instructions to the letter. If you can't trust Affinity owner and management when purchasing, how could a person trust anything done through their stores? Unconscionable for sure! I hope my experience is just nothing more than bad luck! Within 2 months of purchasing our used fifth wheel from affinity we have had to purchase a mattress because when we flipped it over there were questionable stains all over it! Luckily we didn't bother using the mattresses prior to truly evaluating them. The toilet broke within the first week, and affinity still has not reimbursed us the $100 deductible that they promised due to it still being covered under our 30 day limited warranty. They were extremely nice and helpful up until the point we started having problems. The sales associate we dealt with was awesome. The finance manager that we dealt with was very helpful. But......back to the fist two months of having the fifth wheel. The landing pads had to be replaced. The upper slide motor broke and lower slide broke and keeps going out of adjustment. The roof was leaking in 3 different areas. The kitchen sink handle broke off apparently I must be related to she hulk! The shower was not cocked in and was leaking. Both medicine cabinets we barely being held in and one practically fell out when I opened it. We had to replace all five tires including the spare. Black water tank sensors have not worked properly since day one. I understand that we purchased a used fifth wheel, however the reason why we purchased it through a dealer is because we assumed that it would be properly gone over prior to it being sold. Maybe this is just a fluke and most people don't deal with this many problems, but having the roof leaking along with the many array of other problems we have dealt with leads me to believe that it just was not properly evaluated. I would highly suggest that you take it to a different RV shop and have it evaluated prior to purchasing anything, we're new to this but it was definitely a expensive lesson learned. Long distance relationship proves untrustworthy on the part of Affinity. After the purchase of our used trailer we was assured all was well. Well---not even close. Did not get off the yard and the brakes was not working but was convinced that the brakes were self adjusting and would adjust Themselves. After messing with these guys all day I was ready to go and deal with this later, besides "if there is a issue we will take care of it regardless". The service manager gives me the go ahead and I get the brakes changed due to over saturation of grease. Sent photos and invoices several times and called many times. Never a response. Not to mention the convertior for charging the batteries was out also. May the lord deal with you. read more

12/17/2016 - Was driving on 69 to head to Costco when all of a sudden my tire went flat. I pulled off the side of the road next to Affinity RV. Driving a car that I knew little about I didn't know where the jack was, and if the spare (being 20 years old mind you) was up to the task. I decided to ask in the office of this dealership. I was helped by ASHLEY. She saved the day. So while I wasn't looking for an RV, I will be directing anyone looking for an RV to Affinity. Ashley helped me and was super courteous. I deal with finance on a daily basis due to my job, so now I have a great place to turn my customers too when looking for something of the RV sort. my motor home broke down while i was on vacation in prescott arizona . went to affinity. i was told my i needed a new fuel pump,water pump and a new radiator. about $4000.00 worth. because this was going to take a week to complete the repairs. i decided to rent a car and drive home and return when the motor home repairs were complete . affinity rv called me about a week later and informed me that the rv would be none the following day. so the next day i flew from reno, nevada to ph0enix az. and rented a car and drove to prescott valley to pick up my motor home. when i arrived at affinity i was told by the service manager (fritz) that they could not get the motor home start up. after about two hour wait. fritz the service manager informed me that the timing chain was broken.i did not understand this at all.the timing chain was fine when i drove it to affinity rv.they also informed me that they do not do these kind of repairs. as i needed a engine replacement. after three months and not being able to find some one to repair my motor home in the prescott valley area.i had to transported the motor home to my home in susanville ca. i had a auto repair shop in susanville do the engine swap.when the old motor was taken out the found that the affinity technician that had done the repairs on my motor home and installed the wrong bolt in the water pump. it was way to long. when he tighten it up it went thru the timing chain housing and in the the cam gear. when the affinity rv technician tried tho start the engine it broke the cam gear and the timing chain.after finding this out i contacted fritz at affinity rv and informed him of this. fritz contacted the repair shop in susanville . photos were taken and sent to fritz at affinity rv. fritz did take responsibility and told me that they would make it right.a few days later i had a phone conversation with the owner mr. bob beem. he apologize for the mistake and assured me that he had insurance for this kind of thing and they would make it right.he did give me the insurance companies name and claim number. the insurance company has done nothing to resolve this issue.they won't even return my calls so i had to hire attorney and in the middle of filling a law suit. this all started april 6. 2019.i do not recommend using affinity rv. i'm out about $20,000.00.and going on 10 months of my time. read more
