What is everyone else doing that takes so long!? At any rate, I really appreciated that I could use their text service to make an appointment; I spend a lot of my time in meetings and calls so finding uninterrupted time to make these kinds of requests can be tricky sometimes. Making matters worse was that I was traveling while trying to get an appointment for a spot on my face, making this service wonderful for me. Within seconds I was told that I had a cyst and we not only talked through options for removal, it was done then and there! I had to go back in a week to take out the sutures and that appointment actually took longer than the removal. I also got a call in-between appointments advising the status of the cyst, too, which I appreciated. Really the only issue I had was the intense bruising that occurred on my face that I wasn't warned about--it was so bad I was telling people that I may or may not be in a secret fight club! The nurse at the suture removal appointment seemed surprised by the bruising but didn't speak to it and it wasn't on the post-care sheet I received, either.

I saw Dr. Amani Maguid a couple of years ago because two epidermoid/keratinous cysts abruptly…read moreappeared on the right side of my forehead--one midway up its front and one above the temple next to the lateral hairline--and I had also a pre-existing sebaceous cyst just inside the center of my upper hairline. She decided to inject all three of the cysts with cortisone, and when I politely asked her what other treatment modalities were available on the off-chance the cortisone didn't work, she snapped, "The cortisone always works!" Well, it didn't work; and as if that weren't enough, she left a small scar over the epidermoid/keratinous cyst midway up the front of my forehead because she ruptured a blood vessel during injection and did a very poor job suturing shut the resulting aperature. (I then made an appointment with the plastic surgeon who operates out of the same building she does, Dr. Dr. Alex Colque, who was able to remove the cysts with minimal scarring.)

Due to their later hours, I didn't have to take any time off from work. Communication was great. I received a text reminder the day prior, and a link to pre-fill "paperwork" online so that I wouldn't have to do it the day of. That's always a bonus because it can take a bit of time to fill out. I don't like feeling in a rush doing it at the office. The office itself is very easy to find and access from both Rawson and Howell. It looks like a little strip mall on the northwest corner, and there is a large parking lot behind the building. It was clean and well lit inside, with a smallish waiting area that seats maybe 10. It wasn't busy so there was no issues having a seat to wait. The care I received was wonderful, and I truly appreciated the fast turnaround of service. The Dr was very straightforward and professional. I was given clear aftercare instructions and she was able to answer my questions in a way that I could clearly understand. I'd definitely recommend Forefront to anyone who needs a skin condition assessed and treated.

Then the following week I get a text message from Forefront saying she is no longer working for forefront. On top of that, I am trying to go in office to dispute and they change their office hours every other day! Nobody calls you back or answers the phone. Do not recommend this location at all. I am disgusted by the way they treat new clients. i am dealing with something very serious for the first time in my life and they don't show an ounce of empathy or concern.
