It should have been our first stop!! Denise knew we were exhausted and she catered to us in every way. While we relaxed on comfy sofas by a fireplace, my daughter tried on dresses that Denise had pulled for her, prior to our arrival. It only took a couple before my daughter said YES to the DRESS!! It was an amazing experience in every aspect!

My mom and I walked into the store, the owner took one look at me and said "sorry, there are no dresses here large enough for you." We then left. Not only was I completely humiliated, I also was completely disheartened by her incredibly rude comment. I called about seeing their venue for my wedding, and she took my number and never called back. I called back two other times and finally just went in. The venue is beautiful, but you HAVE to use their DJ because he owns it. Boo. That thwarted, I dragged my bridesmaids in for their dresses. We found one we liked, I asked about price and the shop owner said they didn't have it ready. I gave her my information (AGAIN) and asked that she call me back. A week later, I called her. They'd lost my information and wouldn't even tell me what the name of the dress line was so I could get it somewhere else. These people were difficult to work with, irresponsible and completely unhelpful.

When I walked in, there was no one in sight... I stood there for a minute or two, and then a woman finally came out. I told her I was searching for bridal gowns. She instantly said that they didn't have many in stock and "by the way... when's your wedding date?" I told her I didn't have a date set yet, because i just recently got engaged. She then walked me over to her limited selection of approximately 20 gowns and told me to pick one a size larger than I normally wear. That was one gown. And all of the others said they couldn't be ordered. On top of that, almost all of the bridal gowns had stains on them. I don't know if that was from people looking at them, or if they had been worn before. After I looked for 5 minutes I told the woman have a nice day and I left. As a retail manager, I was appalled by the lack of respect and enthusiasm by the woman working. When a new bride walks in to look at your gowns... Please be a little more excited for her next time... little actions can go a long way.

What??? That's why we made an appt lady!!!! She was pushy to only look at the racks of my size to encourage you to purchase off the rack dresses. I'm like...nooooo I'll be ordering a dress so I can look at all sizes for style. Who feels comfortable buying a dress that a ton of people have tried on? Gross! Very rude/extremely pushy -and short!
