The process was quick and easy with insurance and intake information and they did not make me wait at all. They made sure I knew how to take care of my cut and gave me the best bandages and ointment to treat it. Utensils and everything they used were all extremely clean . The ONLY thing I wish was that the facility provided the nurses and workers with dissolving stitches . This is my 3rd time coming and it's always been quality care.

I was told I was having a heart attack and was not allowed to get any kind of treatment and was sent to the ER. If I didn't go to the ER I was told my insurance would not pay for the visit. So $3,500 later, I walked out of the e.r. with antibiotics. Second Urgent Care was at the Mayfiled location on SOM for an upper respitory infection. I waited 3 hours only to be told I couldn't get any treatment or prescriptions and I should take Mucinex. Of course I had to pay hundreds of dollars and ended up going to the ER to get care. In a nutshell, Urgent Care exists to feed into the system, you get lousy, if any, treatment and are sent to the er. Never, ever again.

Never looked in my ears, my ears are blocked, never looked in my throat or nose, where i am so congested, never listened to my lungs or heart either. I just hope I get better with what she gave me or there's going to be more complaining from me. My daughter told me when she went there not too long along she did the same thing, never looked her over!! People can be misdiagnosed by her and it could be something serious!! They have always gone above and beyond for my husband at his appointments. I have seen a few other birthing rooms in CLE which are small, cramped, and gross. Tri-point has huge rooms & very clean, but the selling point is the staff. I am a "don't see the doctors unless on death's bed" bc I have never had a good experience with doctors or nurses, that is until now. I gave birth here, and although birth was absolutely horrible for me, if I were to have another kid I would want it here. The nurses were so kind & down to earth. I loved my OBGYN and all the nurses that helped me through the worst experience of my life. They are caring & kind and I felt super comfortable with them. I wish all nurses and doctors were just as great as the old lake west tri-point team.

Complaining about a doctor you CHOSE to consistently see despite being dissatisfied is something YOU could have changed yourself (and you could have reported her to a superior). Hinting at poor treatment without giving any real details isn't actually helpful. These sound like they were given by disgruntled customers who probably gave the staff a hard time for something that was either their responsibility or was completely out of the staff's control. I've gone here for the past few years for both primary care and obgyn services and every doctor I've seen has been wonderful. I've seen Dr. Jennifer Velotta, Dr. Alison Stalzer from Lake OB and Dr. Lucy Sason and Dr. Jordan Smith from LCFP for everything from basic exams to random pains/bodily issues to minor surgeries and I'll be new to seeing Dr. Courtney Riggans on Monday. They've all been nothing short of fantastic and caring. They listen to everything I have to say before jumping to conclusions, they never speak to me in a condescending manner, and the secretarial staff meets the same level. They have no problem helping to work around my schedule and answer whatever questions I have. I'll recommend them every time.

First, their front desk staff are rude and overzealous. If you are ill, you can be expected to wait 2 months for the next available appointment or go to an urgent care, when your physician might have squeezed you in. The scheduling only seems to allow for well-patient visits. This may be because UH requires that each visit last only for 15 minutes, putting pressure on physicians to be caring, accurate, and able to diagnose and treat every single thing in 15 minutes. This is not the fault of the practitioners, but rather the system. And is reflected in UH's low abysmal ratings. But really, the front desk staff is reliably awful at this location.
