Despite calling 3 separate times (5am,1pm,6pm) to confirm someone is coming, I was repeatedly told that I "was the next house". No one ever showed up. No one contacted me. Their lack of communication and empy promises forced me to miss another day of work while I wait for a company that is reliable to handle this hazard. They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home.
