Not sure what this business name actually is since, depending on who you talk with, they all gave me different answers? They go by: Mission Health Endermologie Center - http://www.endermologiemhc.ca but was also told they go by Mission Health Clinic and Acne Calgary? http://www.acnecalgary.com All confusing but they are located at: #407, 320 23 Ave.SW Calgary Tel #: (403) 984-2789 just so people are aware of the location since there is also a Doctor's office nearby that has a similar name but no affiliation to this business at all since those businesses are actual Dr's.I purchased a Team Buy voucher for 6 facial treatments for Mission Health Endermologie Clinic. I knew I had a few visits so thought I would wait to review them since my appts were not always with the same person but all have the same outcome,not great. My appts were with a Ann, Wendy and Grace. Few things about this place: 1.) Its very hard to get a hold of someone or make an appointment. My first attempt I left a message about wanting to make an appt and stated I was trying to use my Team Buy voucher. I left my name & phone number & received a call 4 days later??? The first time I actually had an appointment from my initial phone call to the actual appt was almost 60 days. A long time to wait but I was told that after my 1st appt, it would be easier to obtain more. 2.) Their office was very basic, not a spa like feel at all. My 1st visit, no one was at the desk so I just stood there waiting. When someone did come out they didn't seem overly concerned that I was waiting/other people were waiting in an empty waiting room. It seemed really un-organized and odd. 3.) It seems with all three ladies I had appts with, they all struggled with English. Not a huge deal but at times, I had no idea what they were saying to me or each other? 4.) On their website in there "testimonials", they had 3 reviews by happy Yelp users however when you go onto Yelp, only 1 review was received? So I will assume the reviews on their website are not accurate or true. 5.) One of the times I arrived one of the ladies was doing a "diagnosis" on a young man in the waiting room which I thought was un-professional to do in front of two other patients/customers who were waiting for their appts. Embarrassing. 6.) Of the 3 ladies (Ann, Grace & Wendy) I had appts with, they were all very aggressive to sell more stuff. I didn't understand why since my voucher I purchased was for 6 facial appts (dermabrasion, extraction etc) but right from appt 1 they were trying to get me to spend more money. Hundreds more to buy "packages" + hundreds more to buy "products". This whole tactic rubbed me the wrong way. I told them I just wanted my appts I paid for & if I saw an improvement I would buy more services, but at this early stage,nope. 7.) On my vouchers it stated tax wasn't included & needed to be paid at time of appt. Understandable. When I went to pay, they stated they only accept cash? I never carry cash, nor did it state anywhere on the voucher you can only pay in cash? I was told, since it was tax it needed to be paid in cash? I have never heard of a business stating GST needed to be paid only in cash? From my understanding, any business who does charge GST needs to prove it to the customer by providing a GST #. These ladies must think their customers are really dumb to fall for this? Very shady. 8.) One of my appts was an extraction appt and was told in the appt that I needed to purchase some special facial tool? This took me by surprise since I have gone to may spas/clinics and never told I had to purchase any tools? They usually sanitize/sterilize tools they are going to use on you so this really took me by surprise. I was then told I could buy it and every time I had an appt I could just bring it with me? Sounds great but who is going to remember to bring that? Most times I would be coming from work to these appts, not from home where I would have this "special tool". I was left no choice by Grace & then once again, was told it would need to be paid for in cash. Disappointing & disturbing. 9.) I never got that confident feeling at any of my appts that these ladies actually knew what they were doing. I called to see if I could speak with the owner to discuss my concerns. I was told that they would not give me the owners name nor would my message be passed along to receive a call back from the owner. Read flag. 10.) 2 of 3 appts, I was told that they were dermatologists. I found this amusing since if that was true, they would have a Dr. in front of their name. Very miss-leading. It made me wonder who actually was falling for this or why they would tell a customer that? Scary. I have had 3 appts at this place. My Team Buy voucher was for 6, will not to do the rest of the appts. I didn't see any improvement , I didn't like the way they conducted business and most importantly I didn't like the way I felt all 3 times I left there. I have to say, I was VERY worried at first about Mission Health as I purchased a coupon online and had NO idea what to expect. With my wedding only a few months away and the stress of that (and recently going off birth control for the first time in 15 years) my face had broke out worse than EVER before!!!! I had been to the dermatologist and Dr and their solution was go on pills and use drying/medical gels(which made me SO dry and uncomfortable!), as well as spending a VERY large amount of money on products I had NEVER heard of...nearly $300...IM TRYING TO PAY FOR A WEDDING!!!!! ANYWAYS, after starting with Mission Health they provided me with an explanation of the WHOLE process, as well as FREE samples of their produces to see which ones I liked and more importantly which products WORK!!!!!! The products worked, therefore I had no issues paying for them(and even then they were MUCH more inexpensive than at the dermatologist!) AND the services made a difference right away and I saw improvements!!!! I cant express how thankful I am for finding Mission Health and how amazing Inna and Grace have been through the WHOLE process. I found the Endermologie centre for acne to be the best solution for my skin. The products, the treatment and the experts there are very helpful and also educate meon how to take better care of my skin. I tried various expensive products to try and smooth out my skin and decrease the amount of ance appearing almost every day. I have even been to a dermatologist and my family doctor to try and find a solution to my problematic skin. Although everytime I would try a new product I would start to break out after a week of using it. This is the first time that I have been actually able to see clear results for over 4 months now with minimum to no break outs. The experts at the mission health endermologie centre are very friendly, informative and gentle with my skin. All their creams and face washes have been the best products that I've ever used on my face and therefore it leaves my skin smooth and acne free. I have also bought a treatment for the removal of my acne scarring and after only two treatments I noticed that the dark acne spots on my face are slowly fading away. So I truly recommend the endermologie centre for people wit skin problems even as complicated as mine. read more

Yes, I agree, they are excellent. I wanted to tell you that I found the Mission Health Acne Centre and their products to be fantastic. I work in a kitchen, my skin break out very bad because of the greasy hot environment. I've been trying numerous products, some very expensive to help my skin. None of them really made any difference. Wow ..... Just 3 treatments, I knew it was different from all the other treatments and products I used and tried, and what a difference it's made to my skins. I can see my face smoother even in the couple of weeks after the first treatment. Also, the home care products not greasy and it feels so relieving and soothing every time I use it. Especially the acne stop lotion, it really stop the break out adn only $42. My sister went there to treat her black heads and white heads, her bumps are gone after 2 extractions treatments, she don't even need to go back for her 3rd treatment. Having discovered this gem of a place on Groupon, I couldnt be happier ! I have had some extremely terrible experiences in the past with purchases through Groupon but I finally bought a great one ! The ladies I deal with ( Jasmine & Angie ) are so knowledgable and super friendly ! I have recently been doing the Endermology sessions with Angie and she makes me feel very comfortable during the sessions and always asking if the strength is comfortable. I feel at ease and enjoy our chit chat & giggles during the sessions too lol. I have had microdermabrasions & acne treatments done as well with Jasmine.... my face feels like a million bucks when I leave. I've been suffering from my acne for 3 years. I spent allot of money on many different products and went to many different places and nothing worked. I knew that there is no surprise, but I kept on trying so I purchased this deal at dealfind for endermology treatment and they cleared up my acne in 3 treatments. Right now I am controling acne with home care products recommended to me at that place. I really like what they did in there. They not only cared about acne they worked hard in finding the root of my problem. For example they asked questions about my life style, some of the things I was just not aware of, like drinking water would help and excersising. I am so impressed with the treatment that I am getting at the moment. I have been attending this clinic for a few months now and am increasing my visits to two a month. The staff are wonderful , caring, passionate and professional and very committed to what they do. This makes my whole visit a wonderful treat, I feel relaxed, and very good after every treatment. Yes, these guys are excellent. I was initially afraid to go in because I am always scared about trusting people iwith my face as I scar easily. I suffered from excessive oil production in my T zone which resulted in consistent wars with black and white heads. Their treatments made a difference as my blackhead cleared up very quickly. In addition, the products they recommended worked perfectly. I have never been so happy. I still have issues with some blackheads coming back as I have not found the right makeup yet which I hope they invest some time in securing but otherwise I am very happy - happier than I have ever been :). read more

I first found out about MIssion Health from an online deal. I purchased a coupon good for 3 treatments for $29. I was sceptical at first because I have tried all sorts of acne medicine and cream but nothing seems to work. After just my first treatment, I can already feel my skin feeling softer and smoother. I have finished the 3 treatments (I really, really wish that I had bought more than just 1 coupon) but I am continuing my treatment at MHEC. I went through a long hard time with my face very congested and I thought I was never going to clear up, however, with the constant help of these ladies I have been able to have my face cleared out. This place is very clean and professional compared to other medical spa's I've been to, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the different treatments they offer. I first came to aesthectics pro through a groupon, and i have contined to get regular treatments afterwards.
