The bad parts are that I bruised heavily as a result of the bikini area not being done in small strips, but one large strip instead. Also, after going home and inspecting "down there", I noticed 2 patches in the front that were skipped (I had to tweeze myself...yikes!). It was very noticeable, so I don't know how I was told I'm done and all is good. After contacting Regina the next morning, she graciously agreed to refund my money since it was not a good experience and I'm left bruised (which I'm hoping heals ASAP as I'm going on vacation in a few days).
