It's only $25 but gas prices are so high that I find myself choosing to get a $1.00 gallon of water instead of the normal $3.49 pack of like 20. Megan aptly analyzes my skin each time I visit and truly customizes my facial according to my dryness, acne, or pigmentation. She has a wide range of tools and serums and peels that always surprise me. For over a year, I've been using the Skin Scripts skin care line that Megan uses. She recommended a variety of products and explained how to use them. The skin care was a bit of an investment at first, but compared to premium brands at stores like Ulta, the line is actually very modest, and the products last a very long time. I also am happy with the quality. Since I've been seeing Megan for over a year, my adult acne has greatly improved and people comment that "I haven't aged a bit," which isn't true, but my skin is vibrant and healthy looking. Personality wise, Megan is friendly, welcoming, and calming. Her professionalism is second to none. Her business space is tucked away in an alley off of North Water Street by Scribbles Coffee, so if you've never been to her place, she might be a little tricky to find the first time. But Traveling Spa Girl is surely a gem in Kent worth seeking. In short, Megan is my go-to professional.

After I was already scheduled for 10:00 with requested females you called me leaving me a voicemail that you had to move my appointments to 11:30, but said everything we talked about would be the same. I called back and again confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. You should take female requests seriously especially when these requests could be because of a person's religion or trauma! Thanks a lot!

I can't believe how kind and professional she is, even to someone who is new to the process and asks TONS of questions like me! She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and that the sugar wasn't pulling on my skin. She gave me specific instructions to follow before my first appointment to help me be best prepared for the procedure. Her directions for exfoliation were thorough and clear; and this is a key step to having any hair removal procedure to avoid skin irritation and ingrown hair. I'm excited to keep going and see the hair growth diminish on my legs. I get horrible razor burn, so this has been the best thing for me. Christina is happy to help with any other skin questions I have, giving suggestions of things to avoid and things to try that I already have at home... Never trying to just upsell me, she has offered me a few samples to try before buying a full-sized product from their showroom. The Spa has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, as well. So much so that I look forward to spending a couple hours having my legs sugared, even though it isn't the most pain-free experience! (It does hurt a LOT LESS than regular waxing, however!) Highly recommended!
