This is perfect because her father learned martial arts so he was also happy about the school. The rate is reasonable and the uniforms are so nice and comfortable for the children. But Hanshi Duncan's approach changed everything. His focus on personal fitness, while staying true to traditional martial arts forms and philosophy, helped me get past the hesitation I had about getting back in shape and improving my self-defense skills. I've been training here for over a year now, and the progress is real. I was even able to keep up with students who are the same age as my own children, which was a confidence boost. My wife came to watch me test for my belt recently, and afterwards she admitted she hadn't realized how much I'd learned.
