When he was doing his work, I looked out my window and saw him on a two-step ladder working on the right side of the RV. He was cleaning about halfway up the RV. I saw him get off the ladder and move it to the other side. I did NOT see him clean the higher and top area of the right side of the RV. When he was done, he said the paint was in such poor condition he couldn't make it shine or remove the lines. I looked at the RV and said, it still looks horrible. He said there wasn't anything he could do to remove the lines and make it shine. I believed him at first. When he was still here I looked at the top window on the right side of the RV and it was still dirty. It looked like he tried to clean it was a handle brush. The sides of the window were extremely dirty. He went and washed it again for me. After he left, I started thinking about it and got the wax the man that used to come and wash & wax my RV used. He moved to Hawaii. I used it on a small area, and it took the lines out. It doesn't make it shine a lot but it makes it a whole lot better (see picture). Then when I started looking at the RV closer, it looked to me that he didn't do any waxing on the mid to upper areas of the right side of the RV. That is why it looks so bad. I went to the left side of the RV and it isn't perfect but 100% better than on the right side. I am a 77 year old woman with scoliosis and lots of back pain. I have spent this whole day working on the areas he didn't do on the right side of the RV. I can't finish it today so I will be doing it again tomorrow.

Bought my daughter an interior detailing plus exterior wash and wax for her 11 year old Subaru Crosstrek which she wants to keep until it starts to give her trouble which it has not. She's had the car since new and while I've detailed and wash/waxed it before I wanted to see how a pro would do it. Well, they have the tools and knowledge to do a "the car looks almost as good as new" job. Terrell and his assistant were prompt, cordial, efficient and easy to work with. Three hours for the job and while certainly not inexpensive, it is the going rate for this kind of work so you can't begrudge that. My daughter's husband is noodling having his car done. Only thin they could not completely remove was some tree sap.

I'm happy to pay $400 but damn at least respect my time…read more Arrived for my appointment. The staff clearly was not expecting me. Was told the car might be done at 4, called at 415 and said it'd be done at 5. Wasn't "done" until 545 but during the walk through there were several obviously missed areas and many sections that hadn't even been touched. They come back at 615 to say it's done again but at this point I need to take care of personal matters and take the car as is. As I'm driving I see smears and drips all over the driving cluster and all over the windshield. The steering wheel is dangerously greasy. When I get home the hood has several dirty areas that I can wipe off with my finger. The chrome grill was not at all shiny and in fact had spotty residue all over. And drippy residue down driver side door too. There was overspray on the plastic exterior parts, discoloration all over the interior, and just plain old dirt and grime around the wheel arches. I'm thinking to myself if I had an entire day to detail my car I could have done a better job myself. I've taken a car here in the past and had great results but this time it seemed like the business was more focused on getting as many cars as they possibly can in a day. And for that, they've lost a repeat customer and any future recommendations. 3 stars just cuz of the first time I brought the car in and because of the good experiences I've had at their glass shop but as a stand alone experience it'd be 1. And now you got me reconsidering the glass shop .

The detailing was excellent considering that the car was 40yrs old with original paint so extra attention had to be paid and it obviously was. The windows tint came out perfect and as for the paint touch up people really need to understand that only so much can be achieved with a touch up job and even when it comes out really good it is rarely showroom perfect even when companies do their best with what they have to work with, so the choice is simple, you either spend 6 grand or more for a new paint job or a couple of hundred for a decent touch up job. Let's keep it real people. I was really pleased with what they did with my Classic car, will definitely have any future work done here.

It's just not the same level anymore. Where things really went totally off was in the touch up paint job I paid extra for. It was the absolute worst touch up paint job I've ever seen. I left a review on Google and the response was ridiculously childish. They first said well we weren't doing a full repaint of the vehicle. Duh? I new that! I simply wanted the chips touched up. Then they totally changed their argument. They said well we threw in a wheel wax for ya! That had nothing to do with what I had paid for! Then their argument changed again, when they said well we gave you a mother's day discount LOL! You gotta be kidding me! None of this had anything to do with the lousy paint chip touch-up that I paid for! All they wanted to do in their excuse parade was deflect to something else. Quinn is basically a good guy, but he's got people there now that are not of the caliber he once had. Their reply to me was they were done with me and I couldn't agree more as I'm done with this shop. The professional adult response should have been to bring it by and well take a look at it to try and make it right. Instead, I received the above childish changing of topics to something else on their part. UPDATE: In response to your below reply Quinn . . . it would have been beneficial for you to check work "BEFORE" it goes out to the customer. My subsequent confirmation with two of your competitors said this mistake was on you! My previous visit to you was primo excellent. This time . . . not so much. Had the work simply been looked over you would have seen it for yourself and said WAIT! Your company contacted me WANTING a review left for what I experienced. So, I left a review per your request! Now, you're upset that a customer left a review? Get a clue. Perhaps, you shouldn't ask customers for a review . . and then whine about the review!

It seems that bait and switch is their general MO I ended up getting a full service car wash because I wanted them to clean both the interior and exterior. Surprisingly they did a great job on the interior but the exterior could use another wash already! I didn't have the time or the patience to ask them to run it through again, so I just let it be.
