I cannot recommend Jess enough for microblading services!…read more For a long time, I knew microblading was something that I wanted to do, so I researched other microblade artists in central IL (& beyond). At some point during my research, Jess was recommended to me & after browsing her work on Instagram (@fullerbrows), I knew her style matched with what I was envisioning for my eyebrows -- very natural-looking. The microblading process seems intimidating, but Jess is very professional & walks you through the entire journey to make you comfortable with the prep, the procedure itself, and the aftercare. Going into the procedure, my brows were very sparse, so I opted to have 3 sessions instead of the typical 2. At no point did I feel pressured to book a 3rd session; it was 100% up to me, which I appreciated. Jess is very dedicated to her craft, so know that you'll be in good hands with someone who wants you to have a great experience & also the best brows for your face & the time & money you're spending.

I had an awful experience here. I went in on 9/25/23 to have a brow tint with Deborah. I told her I…read morewanted my tails sharp and pointed. She explained that the dye they use doesn't stain skin only the hairs you have. I was fine with that. I liked my brows when I left my appointment. On 9/27/23 I noticed that my brows were basically back to the original color they were to begin with. I called and spoke to Barb. I told her what happened and she informed me they don't do refunds. She asked me to send her pictures and I did. She told me they looked fine and the dye just dyes that hairs. I told her I was going to leave a review about my experience. She then told me she keeps and "atty" on retainer and I could be looking at a defamation law suit. So here I am expressing my opinion on my service :-/

I've suffered from acne and I have some scarring and I really can't say enough about their acne treatments and products they use. They have both always taken a great interest in helping me feel my best, educating me and helping with my skin problems. I have had multiple dermatologist and spa experiences in bigger cities like Birmingham, Nashville, Las Vegas and Chicago and hands down they are the best around and know their stuff!! Just look at their skin and you will know!! You are in exceptional hands when you go to the girls at Glo Facial!

The owners Dawn and Ty, were very nice as well as the other employee. She (I can't think of her name )was actually very very nice. The shop was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that they take appointments all the time, even on Saturdays. Did I mention that the shop was VERY clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that they are very honest with the turnaround time and don't just double book you. I got a pedicure and manicure for $48. A bit more expensive than the chicago land area. Yet,I tend to get a pedicure and no chip manicure for $50-$55. She did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very thorough. While the nail technicians were very nice and personable and the shop was very clean; I wasn't completely satisfied with my nails. I believe the polish I chose may have been running out or something because my nails have chipped already and it's been less than 24 hours. I think they just need to update their polish a bit. I would suggest looking for an OPI color and asking them, how long they've had the color if you are looking to get a regular manicure. Now they had plenty of options for gel. Perhaps, they specialize in gel manicures and I went with the wrong service. I also saw that they offer microblading and eye lash extensions there but I did not use either of these services. I just thought they were cool services.
