The space is quite small so I was able to hear a very awkward conversation between my masseuse and another worker regarding the chocolate my service came with which I ended up not receiving and then was led to my room with my masseuse who had me reconfirm everything that was filled out including if I preferred a quiet massage I did immediately feel uneasy as she asked me when my due date was which caught me off guard as I felt like that was information that was unnecessary unfortunately this just provided the base line for the rest of the experience The massage was fine but the masseuse continuously tried getting me to engage in full conversation and asked me strange questions like where I was set to deliver my baby at which I found unprofessional She then asked where I would go to have my massages before and what I liked about that place And I had to state that they would let me drift off while getting my services and that stopped the conversation for a bit She then made a comment about how I must have a high pain tolerance since I have a chronic illness and I have a lot of knots in my shoulders The worst of it was that I have a big scar on my back that I'm self conscious about due to a surgery I got as a child and she poked it and asked point blank as to what happened and how I got it After a stunned second and a brief explanation she jokingly said "you've had a rough life huh" As nice as the space is and how much I'd like to support a locally owned business I can't see myself coming back here for the price point

She made her availability open and easy to schedule. When I came in I had to wait while she finished up her appointment, but I had no problem there was plenty reading material. I showed her a picture and described exactly what I wanted and she definitely made me feel comfortable with my decision. It was a very pleasant 2.5 hrs (I have very long thick hair) and she was very patient all through the time. Very friendly and easy to talk to, as well as 17yrs of experience under her belt. Like most women, I was excited to try this new trend and with the Groupon, it would be a great price for something I was experimenting with. Milissa's site was so easy to use and that's honestly the reason I went with her business to begin with. During our first appointment, I did ask if she had experience with almond eyes (I'm asian), and she stated she did. Of course, I thought this was important because the shape of the eyes and lashes are clearly different and bare a different result than those with round eyes. Milissa listened to my concerns and made sure she informed of the process to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She's an amazingly sweet person, who is so talented. I come back religiously, with the exception of when I had to have my baby lol. She does get busy and has a waitlist so try to schedule at least two weeks in advance. She is very understanding and tried to accommodate to the best of her ability. I plan on coming back to her anytime I need eyelash refills!
