David was very helpful when I called and since they're open to the public, anyone can drop in he checked me out when I was there too. The place is cool and if you were going to open a coffee shop this would more than likely be the place to start off at building a relationship with your distributor for all things coffee. I'll just make a Lychee Empress Gin Fizz cocktail for my wife that we discovered in San Fransisco we got the recipe for that needs the Monin Rose syrup! I used to get it shipped by Amazon, but they're local and while at a mobile coffee truck at a dog show I saw different Monin syrups and knew that a coffee shop distributor had to have it up here! Not only did they help us find coffee that catered to our individual taste but also to the way we made it - as my wife prefers drip coffee and I like the French press. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. They create an account for you to kind of keep track of what you purchase and so everytime you go in, they can pull up data and give you exactly what you like. They have a variety of beans, blends and a lot of other coffee related stuff at the store and the best part is, it's all at wholesale prices. One side of the building is like any retail coffee shop and you can buy coffee here to drink if you want.

Preparation of two forms and itemized fees from a two 5 minute phone calls and three email questions billed over 5500.00! This being after a generous discount of over 1000.00 No itemization of time spent just a number! How can they get away with this? Especially a company of BDO size! They just give you a bill with no detail and expect it to be paid. Wow am I the only one seeing this? Lame!
