They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. The owner, Bob, was very accommodating over the telephone and scheduled a call as soon as he could to evaluate my appliances. As it turns out, I am 100 percent pleased with Bob and Laurie. They are not only honest, but beyond knowledgeable. In fact, Bob provided me with a crash course in washers and dryers! In addition, he fixed my dryer for a reasonable fee.
