Leah, Jacky, and Jenn are a literal dream team. They knew their stuff without hovering, were honest about what's worth the money versus what's just cute packaging, and didn't blink at a single question. That kind of expertise is rare, and it's why I'll keep shopping here instead of gambling on random online listings. The selection covers every budget, from reliable everyday basics to proper splurge pieces. Checkout was fast and discreet. The patent leather boot pleasers I secured have earned themselves a permanent spot in the rotation. If you've ever felt awkward walking into a shop like this, start here. They make it feel less like an errand and more like treating yourself.

Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there, happy to help and it's why this Katz is one of my two go-to adult boutiques in the city.
