Somehow after I asked them for a re clean that was my fault. Now the cleaning was terrible. I guess they don't do windows, ceiling fans, hoods over the stove or window sills. None of that was mentioned when I agreed to the "deep clean" quote. Well what they do is come in move some mop water around, send you an invoice to be paid same day. Ohhh and if you push back on the cleaning they add a late fee.

Two days later we expressed our disappointment and were told we didn't tell them soon enough for them to do anything. So if you like people showing up late, overpaying by three times the normal rates, and having a bad service, this company is for you.
