I asked about doing this improvement myself which she said could be done but to be aware of a few issues and guided me through what those were. As I really didn't want to hassle with the repair ourselves, Katie provided a reasonable quote and could have someone out the next day. We chose that option and Robert arrived the next morning. Robert was efficient and timely and did a great job repairing the weather stripping and checking the garage door and opener for any other issues which he did not find. (I love it when a business doesn't try to upsell you.) The quote was spot on and we will definately us Double Door Works in the future! Thank you for good work and good cusomer service.

Gets the shots with ease!…read more I hired Aerial Escape to document some industrial scale drones in action at a construction site - a very dynamic and challenging shoot. Trey, from AE, showed up ahead of schedule and was already testing lighting, checking airspace and making note of the best spots for the shoot. His professionalism and enthusiasm was top notch! We will be working with AE for all our future drone needs. - Colby Skycatch Engineer

In 2025 Jason was among a…read morehandful of contractors I called to give us an estimate to fix a serious problem involving an unsafe and poorly-built foundation, plumbing, water drainage, subfloors and floor issues in an old house in Pinetop. From the moment I engaged with Jason it was clear he'd be getting our business. Unlike the other potential bidders--some of whom never even called us back--he came out right away to do a thorough inspection, including explanatory photos from deep inside our creepy under-house crawl space. Unlike the other contractors, he treated me (woman in her 70s) with respect and courtesy (the other contractor who came out to bid would speak only to my husband--despite both of having made it clear that I was the project manager. Yeah, no, I don't have time for that crap). Jason Thomas has high standards. He honored his estimated start date, responded to every call or text within an hour, kept me informed at each step of the job; sent daily summary texts, photos and/or videos of their work; coordinated all subcontractors; consulted me with options and their costs at every design decision point; ensured the job site was kept clean and the house secured every night; and was polite and courteous at all times. We ended up on time and on budget, with a house that is sound and beautiful. THANK YOU JASON, we couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. I'd give you and your crew 10 stars if Yelp would let me.

He always called us back in a timely manner, showed up when he said he would and suggested ways to save us money. We're having tongue and groove "paneling" put up in the living room and bedroom, and tongue and groove wainscoting in the dining and family rooms. He's also going to reframe our fireplace, which is now shiny white tiles w/white mantel, with real rock and a beefy, rugged mantel. Francis does fantastic work. No shoddy cutting corners, no sloppy work. Totally professional, fast and a nice guy, too. Highly recommended!

I've worked with Kasee a couple times and both experiences were excellent. The first time I worked…read morewith her was to rent a home. I was surprised by how thorough she was even though we were only renters. Currently we're working with her to purchase a home. I love how prompt and goal focused she is with the process and how she keeps me up to date on everything. She knows the ins and outs and is extremely informative so I don't feel lost during all of this. She also put up with me changing my mind multiple times and getting iffy on purchasing. She's very patient and understanding. It's also wonderful to be able to rely on someone who will make sure the house you're getting is a sound one. For example, there was a home I really loved but when we went to view the home the master bathroom had flooded! Long story short the other listing agent wouldn't work with us on making sure repairs were being done properly and Kasee was worried they were being too shady. She could have just allowed me to buy the home and gotten her commission but instead told me it wasn't a good idea, so I pulled out of that home. I felt like she was acting in my best interest and didn't want me to get into a house that would have me broke later down the road. (FYI, I just posted my Yelp review about the above shady company; Maricopa Real Estate Company in Maricopa, AZ) Bottom line, when you're working with Kasee, she makes you her priority, she cares as much about your purchase as you do. She's extremely personable and makes house hunting fun. I have recommended her to several friends and family members and will continue to do so, as well as work with her in all my future purchases.
