This review is solely for Natalie with the Lennar at Escaya/Anden sales team and NO ONE ELSE…read more If you are considering Lennar in the San Diego area, GO WITH NATALIE AS YOUR SALES AGENT!!! If you get any other agent, HANG THE PHONE UP and call back until they pass you to Natalie. Seriously. This woman: 1) Got her boss to upgrade our home to a better view when I told her that I needed it for my family's peace of mind and mental well-being, and she refused payment when I offered to show my appreciation for making this happen for me. That is integrity! 2) Convinced her boss to keep the price almost the same for the better unit!!!! 3) Worked on my file ON HER DAYS OFF when she did not have to and never, not once, complained about it. (I can be relentless in business deals, so take that for what it truly is.) 4) Worked flexibly with my Type A, attorney-in-the-making personality and still maintained a cheerful, jolly, and very professional demeanor. I was waiting for her to slip up so that I could have a reason to not have to write one of these, but she never did. 5) Fed and cared for my crying infant so that I could sign paperwork in peace. 6) Tirelessly corrected document after document, and personally crafted emails to match my type-A needs, giving not one complaint. 7) Negotiated a win/win deal with us after we fired our real estate attorney for poor performance. Natalie saved Lennar from having to pay out a 15k incentive to a random real estate agent were going to hire and split the proceeds of that incentive with after we fired the lawyer by offering us a free washer/dryer and fridge if we canned the agent idea. This essentially gained us back the $1500 we lost on the attorney, and we didn't have to chase down a random agent for our portion of the money, which they probably would have tried to keep. 8) Any and every problem we had, she fixed it almost immediately, but she also politely stood her ground on things where I was 100% incorrect. She didn't scold me or arrogantly correct me. She just patiently waited for me to see that I was wrong. I thought she would suddenly become mean after we handed over the last bit of the significant down payment like the guy over in the mortgage department, but SHE NEVER DID. Lennar is not a company that I trust based on national reputation, but I have to be honest and say that Natalie is 98% the reason we went through with this purchase, and has helped their reputation and how I see them now vs when we started. If we had gotten any other agent, I SWEAR TO BOB I would NOT have gone through with it. Absolutely NOT. No way. It was her diligence and savvy business skills that cashed Lennar a nearly three-quarters of a million dollar check, and I can honestly say that after my experience with Natalie we would consider buying with them again in the future. I have a 2-year-old and an infant. My husband and I just closed on the 8th, and there are a million plus one boxes to move from our old place to this one. So the fact that I'm taking any minutes out of my day to write this should tell anyone reading that the recipient must have truly earned it.

Check that the AC works in every room. I have submitted…read moreover 4 request for Lennar to go check out the AC system and NOTHING... This has been since before covid started . The bathroom caulking was also done cheaply or with wrong caulking because it fell within months of moving in & due to pandemic I fixed it my self. I fixed it even though it was under warranty . The reason I found out the AC was not cooling or heating every room was because not all bedrooms were occupied until pandemic started and family returned home from college..; first Floor area does not get any cool or hot air so its freezing cold right now and I bet it will get hot in the summer & the guest room is also so cold :( .its a new PLACE ... brand new . Lennar sent someone and they said it was the filters but clearly it was not and I told them and they said they would send tech again but it has been like 4-6 months and nothing, they don't even resppnd and warranty is over now :( ...

Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!

They were always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. Their advice on pricing and negotiations was spot on, and everything moved smoothly from getting my house ready to list all the way through closing. I also want to give a shoutout to their TC, Alexa. She kept everything organized behind the scenes, was always responsive and helpful, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I have no doubt that her attention to detail played a big part in helping us close on time. Thank you to Lori, Alexa and Jesse in making this process feel smooth and manageable! If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive team to help sell your home, this is your team!

Run and I mean run in the opposite direction. The entire process was a complete mess starting with…read morethe sales people who never have a consistent answer to anything. We should have ran the moment we noticed multiple red flags. It's as if no departments within Lennar speak to each other. The sales people will say one thing, the design center will say another, the mortgage company affiliated with Lennar will say something else and it becomes one big circle with everyone blaming each other for wrong information. No one talks to each other so it is always a huge ordeal trying to get an answer from anyone. It's as if everyone has been trained to dodge questions and avoid giving direct responses. Unfortunately we were in the first phase and they literally forgot multiple items in our home (ie. light switches, electrical plugs were just holes in walls). At the walk through we blue taped the house and on the day of closing nothing was done. We walked into a house with scratched cabinets, missing outlets, dirty/stained countertops. Each week we find something new and Lennar comes and places a bandaid on it. Multiple neighbors have had flooding, cracked foundations, cracked sinks, bathtubs, electrical meters incorrectly hooked up (we were receiving a bill from another neighbor). The assigned HOA committee is a joke. Anytime a grievance was stated at the meeting the Lennar rep and HOA rep responses were "well it could be worst". They did not show up to a meeting they scheduled and when questioned by homeowners who were waiting for over 30 minutes they responded by telling us that we didn't really need to be at that particular meeting. The tiny playground area and pool that we pay a crazy amount of HOA for is shared between two communities, KB and Lennar. I don't know who thought that size playground was suitable. I could go on and on about issues with Lennar as a whole. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this type of headache. The whole point of buying a new home was to actually move into a home without issues. I worry after the year warranty, everything will fall apart (Literally). The lack of quality control/assurance is mind blowing.
