He feels heard and seen, and they give him guidance on how to maintain his sobriety that he wants to listen to as a result. You know when you just really need a break? You just need somebody to help you with something because if somebody doesn't help you, you don't know if you're capable of doing it? Well that's how it was and she gave me that break. She was able to help fix my brother up with the right program for him. I can't thank her enough.
