Let me begin by saying that Franca makes all the difference at this venue!! She is so hands on and…read moretakes a personal interest in her clients and making sure all of their needs are met. I wanted to set up more of a lounge theme and Franca went above and beyond to find a furniture company that was within our budget. The pictures don't do it justice! The venue itself is gorgeous and located in a perfect area! There is parking available right next to the building which is very convenient. The two rooms are spacious and my guests kept commenting on how nice of a place it was. I can't thank Franca enough! This venue is definitely worth checking out and I plan to do events in this space in the future as well!

Tons of space and can be decorated however you like. From what I understand, the space is very budget friendly and you can select your own caterer. There's an on-site staff member to assist with serving and cleanup. Max capacity: 90 ppl First floor: Two restrooms for guest. A bar area with a fridge. Area for a setting up a photo booth & cocktail tables (or whatever you like). My friends bridal shower had a dessert table, full bar, photo booth, and cocktail tables. Upstairs: Big space to set up tables, chairs, couches etc. Plenty of room for a dancing area and food. My friends bridal shower had rented couches and glow in the dark cocktail tables. Just beautiful!

We loved the decor, it had a rustic, old warehouse feel. It really made the place look sharp. The bartenders and waitstaff were great. We really enjoyed them walking around with many different appetizers and kept coming back to us with the "extra good" food. If we lived closer we would definitely use this place for a party spot of our own.

An event space review:…read more So, I've never been here for like a regular Saturday night and I've never actually hosted an event here but, I've been to this space for a few local Hoboken events and I've also been here for a private tour and the end result: It's aesthetically amazing. I've recommended at least one friend to get married here (and they are) and as far as event spaces go this one is damn fine with a max capacity of about 200 people. Mutli room all with beautiful wood floors, dark leather couches, dim lighting, brick walls. Wow. Definitely Prague in the 1940's. Definitely one of the hipper locations I've been in Hoboken. The cocktail list is extensive and is of the "mixologist" type. They are pricey $11-$13 or so but, that's how much fancy cocktails cost these days. Womp womp. I really can't talk about ambiance on a regular night since I've never been but for an event space, this place is truly dark, romantic and a super cool spot in Hoboken definitely a must stop and see when planning a special event, wedding, bday, fundraiser. (I have no clue on pricing/rental so good luck).

Since there's nothing nearby, this place has a great convenient store inside that has everything practical that you will need besides alcohol. I never stayed for any of the breakfast but the Fitness room is absolutely amazing. Staff here is friendly too and it was easy to check in and check out. There's a fair amount of parking as well with easy access to the light and highway nearby. The room has very clean sheets and a vast amount of TV channels with all the kitchen amenities you can think of. If your room doesn't have it they actually got it covered from the little nook by the lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the New Jersey area.

Their customer service and front desk are honestly one of the best I have experienced. The place always smells fresh and clean whether you're in the lobby , elevator or room . All the rooms are spacious and very clean . Place is so quiet you can sleep all day if that's what you want . Management is also a big plus , always so welcoming and accommodating. Definitely a 5 plus stars . Conveniently located near the Secaucus train station making it easy to get to and from NYC , Newark and Hoboken . Is also near the American dream mall and great restaurants in the area . They have plenty of parking . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sitting up close to the kitchen, we got to see them cook and plate their appetizers, entree and desserts dishes from scratch, incorporating the ingredients that were given to them. Throughout the cooking, we also interacted with the chefs, asking them about the dishes, and also getting some samples of the dishes before they were served. We arrived for Sunday dinner reservation right on time. It was small space with about 20 spots. BYOB place, no cork fee. Half of the seat were around the kitchen. There was a scoring sheet for each guest with names of both chefs, the ingredients of the day and the rules. The chefs got 45 minutes for preparing their appetizers, 35 minutes for entree and 20 minutes for desserts. It was impressive to see both chefs were precise with their timing. The dishes prepared by both chefs were so masterful, had intricacy of combining the ingredients and coming up with some sumptuous flavors. Salmon and steaks were cooked perfectly. It was extremely difficult to score the chefs on barest of margins and pick a winner. But per the rules I did pick Chef Ryan Beegel over Chef Alexis Sicklick. The host was also super nice and funny. She did a super job of explaining all aspects of the dinner, cleaning out plates after each round and serving all the drinks. Truly it was one of a kind TV Show like experience for us.
