Almost immediately we noticed the 10,000 psi concrete pad (backed by a lifetime guarantee) around the manhole cracking. The purchasing manager sent 3 emails in May, 2019. The controller sent 3 emails in the month of June. We have received neither a visit nor a call. The fear is the cracking concrete pad will allow water to infiltrate the manhole casing damaging the new manhole! We have pictures available that clearly show the many cracks in the concrete pad after only 6 months. No communication in 2 months is unacceptable. T Dotson's DrainTech does not stand behind its work!
