Came to Lubbock for a graduation but it was also my son's birthday. Tried to find someplace that would be a great substitute for a birthday party. He had so much fun here he didn't miss the fact that we couldn't have a real party with his friends. We enjoyed the mini golf and the go karts. He wasn't quite tall enough to drive them but it was still fun. We didn't eat here but they have food. It's a nice spot. We got here right at noon, which was good because by the time we were leaving it was getting pretty crowded. I don't think there are any real COVID precautions in Tx like in Atlanta. No masks required no sanitizing the golf clubs but I carry wipes and the golf was outside so it was all good. Customer service was good..great actually. The lady at the counter was really patient and helpful. One thing I didn't like was the arcade games were super high. We had a $5 came card that was used up after two games. We had just entered the building and my cousin had a sunscreen in her hand. A worker told our group that she couldn't bring her vape inside, but she saw it was a sunscreen. The worker apologized to her mom, but then made a snarky comment and touched my cousin's shoulder, saying, "Just don't vape." It's not right to touch a person when that's not a part of upholding your policy, and when the mistake was not even from the customer. Very disappointed with my experience here. They advertised a coupon for "one free round of golf," but when I got there, the employee said it only applied to one person. That was never made clear on the coupon, and it felt very misleading. I drove 30 minutes with my family expecting something completely different, and it ended up being a waste of time and gas. We came to celebrate my teenager's birthday, hoping for a fun day. The park itself was fine and staff were friendly, but the entrance completely ruined it. Every woman in line was told their purse had to be searched. When it was my turn, I refused a full search, offering to hold my bag for a visual check. Others complied differently, and some let staff reach inside their purses, which felt totally inappropriate. I understand safety concerns, but this isn't an airport or concert venue; it's a small family park. The back of the park was closed, tickets were over $80, and there's a 2-hour limit--so the day felt rushed, expensive, and invasive. Handing over personal belongings to a stranger just to enjoy a birthday felt wrong. Policies should be clear online or at the entrance. A visual check or metal detector is reasonable; reaching into personal items is unnecessary. Guests should not be treated like suspects. This is about principle: if everyone complies, more places will normalize going through personal property. You can refuse; they can refuse service--but they cannot legally search your purse without consent. Walking away protects your rights and sets a precedent. In 21 states, this is the first time anyone tried to put hands in my purse. Even stadiums use wand detectors rather than touching property. If bigger venues can protect thousands responsibly, there's no excuse for a small park to dig through belongings. I will always stand up for my rights and others'. Rights survive only because people refuse to stay silent. Until these practices change, I cannot recommend this park. read more

This location is fairly new and was still not completely done when we visited. A few attractions were not open yet on the day we stopped buy. We wanted to do a round of mini golf so we made it on over. It was pretty busy when stopped in and people were coming and going. It was already around 7:30 when we stopped by. The front counter girl was distracted and kept running around doing other things. Someone finally spoke up and she was able to help us all. We paid $8 per person, grabbed the golf balls at the counter, and headed outside. We grabbed our clubs and stood in line to go up next. The line was a little crazy. There were about 6 families ahead of us for this one course. We waited about 35 minutes for our turn. The mini golf was kind of a hot mess just because they had no control of how many people were on this one course. We saw some people even leave. We did notice though that they will have another mini golf course opening up eventually on the other side. This will definitely help out with this one in not being so crowded. Definitely a fun place. The price they charge for "ice skating" is a joke. You can't even slide your skate a single time, no gliding is an option. You basically just tiptoe taking tiny steps on plastic in a little, super small fenced in area. Do not be fooled into thinking there is ice..... or anything associated with ice skating involved. They do not allow ice for any drinks except cocktails. They do not sell ice at all. They have broken fans outside. Only one person in food area taking and making orders. Service is terrible but a ton of employees walking around aimlessly. Just can't justify coming back to this place when it's so expensive for the little that you get. read more

During our visit to Lubbock we decided to try this place out instead a Main Event that we can find back home. As we walked in we noticed a sign that said we couldn't bring in a bag greater than 8x10. After making a trip to the car to put away my purse, we decided what activities we wanted to participate in and proceeded to the counter to pay. We then noticed that the Zip-lining we were all so excited to do was not currently available. We were told it was coming soon. We settled on the tower and go cart driving. You have to be 54 inches to drive the go cart, so my little one had to be a passenger. We all lined to to drive the go carts. They were your standard amusement place go carts. We had fun racing each other on the course. After that my husband and little one climbed the tower and I decided to try a smoothie and funnel cake fries and chill on the shaded patio area. I would give this place a couple of months to get all of the attractions up and running before giving this place another shot. The smoothie and funnel cake fries were enjoyable. read more

We spent $300+ for a birthday party here and received the WORST customer service. Nobody knew what attractions they could ride, they tried to make us pay extra for adults to ride with small kids when we were told before hand they could ride with older siblings, then our drinks were brought to us with black grill flakes in it. The staff was incompetent, rude and neglectful when all we asked for is what we PAID for. I can not believe we spent our money here. It was only AFTER we got the manager involved that they were accommodating our last 30 minutes there. Terrible. I am giving this place a 5 star review based on one employee named Naomi! Today is my daughters birthday and we went up there before it got crowed, my littlest lost his 20.00 card. There was no one else in the building but we just could not find it anywhere! After asking if there was any way to trace the card and get a new one the front desk and manager said no, and they'd "just keep an eye out for it" I had a very disappointed 4 year old. After about 20 min of searching Naomi found us and gave is a new card on her. Absolutely warmed my heart that she went Out of her way to make sure he still got to play. First off guard at the gate was doing his job according to the posted sign regarding size and type of bags allowed and some lady I guess was the manager chewed him up and down for doing his job if she wanted him to not do his job then he shouldn't be there. If she treats all the employees like that I am surprised that she has any at all. We had some fun inside however my mind stayed with the poor guard so I hope that they change management that is not the way to do things. Went mini golfing this past weekend. While they have two 18 hole courses to play on ($8.00 each per person), I can't say I am excited to ever return. There is little to no imagination behind the design of the course. The course has minor slopes and curves but they aren't set up to guide you to the hole. There are no interesting obstructions or shortcuts or other things that make mini golf fun or unique. One hole had a large rock placed on the green but it wasn't really in the way and you couldn't play off it. Pretty lame. Anyways, if you want to play mini golf for an hour in Lubbock, it isn't as crappy as Main Event. read more

I wish I didn't have to give any stars because what this place did to my 7 year old on her BIRTHDAY was absolutely pathetic! my daughter wanted to spend her birthday at the park. We got there around 3:40 pm after school on 4/21/2021 i called the facility and asked what time they closed and they said 8pm so we planned on spending our evening and having dinner there we were excited to try the pizza! As we walked in we were greeted by two employees this was our first time going to Adventure Park so the employees did help us with getting the best package for my family which was the $100 family pack we also added a game of virtual reality for my son. The package included 2 race-car rides per person, unlimited mini golf, unlimited bumper boats, unlimited tower climes, and the unlimited ninja course. we were there approximately one hour before they kicked us out due to a private party we did not get to experience even half of everything. They mentioned that there was some sort of note on the door announcing the private party. They blamed US for not seeing the note. The worst part of this is while waiting to discuss this issue with the manager my kids, including my birthday girl had to stand and watch all these other kids play that were part of that private party as they told us no we had to leave. They did not refund me my money. They offered the rest of my go cart rides if I hadn't used them, and the VR play. They did not offer my original package that we purchased to use another day. Had birthday party for 7 year grandson. It was a fiasco. was overcharged big time. we had arranged for a party with 10 guest plus the bday boy. At time of checkout we were told we had 7 extra boys as well as 2 general admission guest. They could not provide any names or proof of who the extra guest were. We actually had 3 extra but they wouldn't concede. In the end ... almost 500 dollars for this party. I couldn't get plates. Cups. I bought extra pizza for grown ups but yet couldn't get paper goods. Some of the attraction cards would not work and kids didn't get to participate saying the child must have already did the attraction. No host to show us what to do. This is a great new addition to Lubbock! The have several fun activities to do! Loved the go karts and bumper boats! When I got hot outside I went in to play some games and enjoyed a great wine slushie!! The food was also really good! We live out of state but visit family in LBB on a regular basis and are often looking for fun activities for our 12 and 10 year old boys. We first visited Adventure Park earlier this spring, just coincidentally on their first day of business. We had a great time and the price was very reasonable - if I remember correctly it was ~$30 per person for unlimited rides, including go-karts. Unfortunately, when we visited again in early August, the pricing had changed: now the $30 day pass only includes 2 (!) go-kart rides. If you truly want unlimited the price is $60....comparable to most major amusement parks and Adventure Park is nowhere near as much fun as a Six Flags or something similar (granted, those places aren't in LBB but still....). Anyhow, my boys only wanted to go-kart so we shelled out $28 total for them to take 2 "rides" each ($7 per ride, roughly ~6 - 7 times around the course each ride) and then left. We were there less than 15 minutes. We like the idea of Adventure Park but other than the go-karts there's not much to do (at least, nothing you really want to do more than once) for older elementary school/middle school kids. Sorry Adventure Park - if you ever change your pricing we may be back. Until then you'll find us at Adrenaline trampoline park and Fore where we get better entertainment value for our money. read more

Dear Owners of the Adventure Park, We are Lubbock residents and came to check out your new establishment last week when our nephews were in town because we had heard good things about it online. We were impressed! You have built a beautiful park with lots of fun activities and it looks amazing! I was drawn to the attractive landscaping and attention to detail you had in each of the features. Our nephews really enjoyed the rock climbing wall, and the bumper boats. However, I am worried about your longevity in Lubbock due to your high prices. I feel as though we are good middle-of-the-road consumers, and although we went ahead and purchased a couple of activities each for the boys, the cost seems prohibitive for returning very frequently, if at all. We would have loved to buy the all-inclusive pass, but at $30 each, that seemed like too high of a price to pay for multiple people for just a one evening event. I saw the family of 4 pass for $100, but who has $100 to spend for a few hours of entertainment? It seems too extravagant for what it is. We wondered if the low number of people we saw there at the park was also due to the high prices. If you lower your ride and inclusive pass prices, I'd bet you would have more customers, and many more repeat customers instead of those who are "one-and-done" after they feel like they've overspent. Just my humble opinion. Take it for what it's worth. I'd love to see y'all stay in business because Lubbock needs good entertainment options, for sure! read more

This place is neat for kids 6+ or 48+" tall. Besides the unlimited refills on the fountain drinks (for whatever reason they do not offer lids) Everything else is wayyy over priced and they will nickel and dime you on everything. My 6 year old liked the ropes/climbing areas but was to small for anything else.... Go carts are $8 for a driver and $4/rider $12/ride!!!! It was clean and they had plenty of staff on hand..... You can find a better bang for your buck in Lubbock for kids entertainment. read more
