Yea..... supply and demand is a real thing. Never been here in the winter time. Prices definitely…read moresky rockets I the winter time. Or maybe because it was 5 years ago that I last came here. For adults its over 120 bucks. And children under 12 is over 60 bucks. For 2 adults and 2 children it came out to over 400 bucks. Talk, about highway robbery!! Yes the views with the snow capped mountains is magical. It looks totally different in the winter time as suppose to the summer time. They must've gotten well over 10 feet of snow or something!! The observation deck is the most beautiful place to be at if your there for the views. Because of the large amount of snow the trails are closed. So you just have to stay on the observation deck. The guy working the hot chocolate counter was extremely rude and attitudy. Seemed like he was working at the DMV. There were a lot of people but it was nice that we were able to snag a table. The views are just amazing. The last stop on the gondola was where all the people were at. Must've been over 1000 people with their snowboarding and skiing gear. The cafeteria was jam packed too. With no where to sit inside or out. It was extremely cold up there. So make sure to bundle up appropriately. Yes for that price they let you go up and down unlimitedly. But dang it was expensive. Closing at 4pm the sun is still not even setting. Im glad I experienced it in the winter time. But since I dont ski or snowboarding I dont think Ill be going up there again

We were Heavenly customers before Vail Resorts bought them in March of 2002…read more Our season pass also applies to Northstar, acquired in October 2010, and Kirkwood, acquired in April 2012. I am very happy with all the acquisitions; I feel I am getting a better value from my season pass. But now that I am a loyal Mt Rose customer, it gets harder and harder to come to the Vail/Epic resorts... Quality/Quantity - My favorite lifts and runs are at Heavenly Ski Resort. And more specifically, at the Stagecoach lift!! Long lift, long run, less people. Too bad the season is over and the NV side is closed. And due to the poor season and lack of snow, we needed to shuttle from the Sky/Canyon lift to the Gondola chairs (Dipper and Comet lifts)?!?! Lastly, the Tamarack lift opened half an hour late, not until 9:30am! Today was my worst day at Heavenly EVER!! Two seasons ago, I broke my vertical record with my daughter!! And on a Sunday! Ambiance - See above. Public paid parking lots. But today, my wife dropped me off and went to the lake house to relax. Well to check on the property. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 4pm. Service - Plenty of employees today, thank you. Price - I have a season pass. But due to the poor season and me being too lazy to drive an hour to ski, I have only used it once. This was one expensive day! I will probably not renew my pass for next season... Sadly. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your successes with your 42 resorts in 3 countries. Look forward to skiing as many of your properties as possible.

Five hours later, I was charged an additional $25 for a "child seat"--which I did not rent or use. We specifically asked about pricing for the Rad bike when we arrived, so this charge makes no sense. The same thing happened to two of my friends--they were charged an additional $75 and $50 hours later, also labeled as "child seats." When one of them called to ask about the charge, she was dismissed and told, "you're not that special," . Collectively, we spent nearly $500 that day, only to be hit with unexpected charges that were never disclosed or agreed to. To make matters worse, I am a returning customer. We rented bikes here last summer, and I've brought several visiting families here as well. We own a home in Incline and visit multiple times a year. I mentioned we were from San Diego--perhaps they assumed we were just tourists and wouldn't return. We've all filed chargebacks, and unfortunately, you've lost our future business. This experience was extremely disappointing.

From start to finish, it was exceptional -- and it's all thanks to your amazing team and the extra touches that made the day so special. Emma and Jane deserve a huge shout-out for their outstanding customer service. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement added so much joy to my first-ever clear kayaking adventure. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way, turning what could have been just another outing into an unforgettable 49th memory. Emma not only climbed rocks to ensure my photo was one of a kind she treated us (my friend Candace & I) like she'd known us for years! You can't fake you love what you do for work- Emma lovesssss rock climbing and nature - and you WILL feel that from her And now to Jane, who highly encouraged my cowboy boot photo shoot!! What a perfect, unexpected bonus! It brought so many laughs and made my birthday feel uniquely me. The combination of gliding through the water in a clear kayak and capturing that moment with a fun, creative twist is something I'll cherish forever. Thank you for doing what you do -- for creating not just a service, but an experience that celebrates people and makes them feel special. You truly made my birthday one I'll never forget, and I'm already looking forward to my next adventure with you. P.S- I still feel Kayak/Paddle-board speed dating, is something you need to look into adding! With heartfelt appreciation, Amber (#sacramento) Also, say hello to Enrique (the famous soccer player)!

The group can only access this beach with the shuttle & tour group so make sure to read everything in the email. The clear kayaking is done at Sand Harbor which was absolutely gorgeous. All of the guides we met and interacted with were super cool, nice, and helpful. Using a clear kayak is particularly cool when you go over rocks and boulders in the lake. The kayaking was not too strenuous and I would definitely recommend for beginners like myself. It is a bit more pricey to do the clear kayak tours as opposed to renting a regular kayak so it's something to consider, but by doing the tour I got to see a part of the lake I had never been to (and is a bit harder to get to) and also got instructions and tips for kayaking. We thought the tour would go a little farther/longer too but it was still cool. Kayaks are available as singles or doubles with weight limits so be sure to take that into account when booking. It was late July when we went so the weather was nice and warm. We wore swim shorts and dry fit shirts with UV protection. Our legs got a little wet from water splashing off the paddle but it felt great. They do lend you dry bags to use if you have any items you want to keep on you while kayaking. I did use the dry bag for my sunscreen, water bottle, wallet/fanny pack. They also said we could leave belongings in their life jacket van at the beach, which some people chose to do. I would recommend packing light though. I am glad we booked this adventure. I think after going with a tour group now I feel more confident to rent a kayak and head out without a tour next time I visit Tahoe.

So many times we have made very special requests and he has gone way out of his way to make something happen for our group that led to life-long happy memories. Situated at the lake's edge watching the sun set in the Sierra Nevada mountains over Lake Tahoe is about the most beautiful thing you will ever see... add on wonderful caring staff, incredibly healthy food and superlative lodging and programming and you have a place that I plan on returning to with my groups for decades to come. Therefore we tried to book the camp for ourselves but they were booked 2 years out. Luckily they had a cancellation and we got the spot. We had about 40 people attend and no complaints. We absolutely love the staff, especially Laurie ( the chef). We have a daughter will celiac and Laurie made her an amazing gluten free meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Thank you Laurie. The camp is right on the lake with access to their own beach, along with about 10 kayaks for the campers to use. We will definitely be trying to make this a yearly event if we can get a weekend spot. Thank you again to all the Galilee staff, you guys are great!
