The gondola at Heavenly was one of the highlights of our Lake Tahoe trip…read more I got to bring, Koda, with me. He's not exactly a fan of heights. Truth be told, I think he was way more excited about IHOP than riding a gondola that might've been the biggest smile I saw out of him all morning! Being the thrill seeker and adventurer that I am, I managed to score us tickets for 10:30 a.m., even though they normally don't start running until noon. After weaving through a little bit of a scramble in line, we were on our way. The ride up is absolutely stunning. I grabbed some great photos and videos, shot an awesome time-lapse from the observation deck, and even filmed a YouTube video on the ride back down. One of the employees noticed what I was doing and kindly moved me into one of the fully clear gondola cabins. That made all the difference, and I really appreciated it. The climb is incredible. You slowly glide for what feels like a mile and a half or two miles, soaking in the scenery, and then the last stretch shoots almost straight up the mountain. Talk about breathtaking! Between the views of Lake Tahoe, the mountains, and the gondolas passing by, it was hard to put the camera down. One of my favorite moments happened on the observation deck. I was filming a time-lapse when I noticed a guy taking pictures of some people, but he wasn't getting the lake in the background. I couldn't help myself I walked over, got everyone lined up, included the lake behind them, and snapped the shot. Before I knew it, I'd taken pictures for seven different groups... and another one on the way out. My son finally looked at me and said, "Dad, why do you have to take everybody's picture?" I just smiled and told him, "Well... I am the photographer." Fantastic staff, amazing atmosphere, unbelievable views, and we even got a great deal. If you're visiting Lake Tahoe, this is an experience you absolutely shouldn't miss.

Definitely a beautiful view of the lake. For the price $89 for ONE adult. Sightseeing only. Definitely was price gouging. First stop observation deck. Then the final top stop had some additional adventures for more additional money if you wanted to do. Walking around at the top and rock mining for little kids to play with dirt and rocks for $25 was over the top. Then if you needed to eat the basic bar foods. That's outrageous priced. Unless it's for skiing I wouldn't make the trip back up here.

Stopped by after dinner yesterday and both courts were being used by nice people who asked me if I would like to play. I forgot my paddle so couldn't play. I'll probably go back tomorrow and play again!

Instead of a great view of High Desert and the Eastern Sierras in Gardnerville, I was treated to an Alpine environment and a bit of a Lake View. The folks at the front desk were welcoming and knowing that this was not my home Douglas County gym, gave me the key bathroom and exercise machines directions with a smile. I like Garnerville better as the machines are newer and there's more room. The equipment is also better spaced and more conducive to occasional conversation and moving around. At the same time, I found what I needed here at Kahle, made the necessary weight adjustments, and had a fine workout. I even stayed a little longer to try out some of the variations and have a nice chat with a guy in a t.u. shirt. Kahle remains a good choice if I happen to be in the neighborhood. And now that I know my way around this building better, it will be easier to make the effort and show up.

From start to finish, it was exceptional -- and it's all thanks to your amazing team and the extra touches that made the day so special. Emma and Jane deserve a huge shout-out for their outstanding customer service. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement added so much joy to my first-ever clear kayaking adventure. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way, turning what could have been just another outing into an unforgettable 49th memory. Emma not only climbed rocks to ensure my photo was one of a kind she treated us (my friend Candace & I) like she'd known us for years! You can't fake you love what you do for work- Emma lovesssss rock climbing and nature - and you WILL feel that from her And now to Jane, who highly encouraged my cowboy boot photo shoot!! What a perfect, unexpected bonus! It brought so many laughs and made my birthday feel uniquely me. The combination of gliding through the water in a clear kayak and capturing that moment with a fun, creative twist is something I'll cherish forever. Thank you for doing what you do -- for creating not just a service, but an experience that celebrates people and makes them feel special. You truly made my birthday one I'll never forget, and I'm already looking forward to my next adventure with you. P.S- I still feel Kayak/Paddle-board speed dating, is something you need to look into adding! With heartfelt appreciation, Amber (#sacramento) Also, say hello to Enrique (the famous soccer player)!

Toys were visibly dirty, old, and worn looking, almost as if they were donated as opposed to being purchased brand new. I noticed a child putting some of these toys in her mouth. I do believe they should replace alot of these toys with new ones. I just thought I'd check it out for my son who is 1 1/2 years old and see if there was a place he could burn some energy and be around some kids his age. There are different age groups that play, so keep your eye out on your little ones to prevent them from getting trampled by the older kids. Service was great. Everyone was pleasant. But unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Well maintained and with plenty of variety for activities - from a trampoline, jungle gym, play kitchens, and a larger sitting/reading area, there's plenty to do for little kids for at least 1-2 hours. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is adjacent and plentiful. Owner is a mom whose own kid is using the facilities, so you can tell she puts a lot of love and care into the place since she spends quite some time there herself. Felt as though cleanliness and hygiene was excellent. No issues. Highly recommended! Come visit!
