This place is so great! Jen one of the instructors for the Rhythm class was amazing! She did such a great job, I had so much fun. I have taken classes at Equinox, Soul Cycle and other trendy renouned studios and this is definitely up there. The music was cool, the lighting was perfect! This was my first spin class, I never thought I would enjoy spin, but I actually do! It was a full workout, with great music, lights and an instructor that kept me motivated without making me feel like I was in the spotlight. I will definitely be back. I just recently started spinning at home on Peloton. We had a week of vacation in Tahoe and I was worried I would lose the momentum I had built up over the last few months. Enter Ensync Spin Studio! Not only is this studio a couple blocks from our vacation home, it's run by couple who really love spin and care about providing a wonderful experience to their customers. Michael and Stephanie both teach classes and their music playlists are on ! They get to know the names of people in the class and are willing to jump in and help adjust bikes for those of us that need it. One of the best things about taking a class here are the frozen towels they hand out that have been treated with essential oils. Amazing!!! Today was my first spin at Ensync. Stephanie was so welcoming. Everyone seemed to know each other so that combined with a challenging class can be intimidating but they made me feel so welcomed! The energy was high, music on point and the studio was very clean and well kept. The instructor kept everyone engaged and involved. I was drenched in sweat when the class was over, what a great workout! She also came around at the end with very cold towels (like out of the freezer cold) infused with oils.. so refreshing. Just took my first spin class here a couple days ago and it was amazing. Stephanie is an awesome instructor and super friendly. I haven't taken a spin class in a few years so she helped me with setting up my bike and going over the different moves. If you don't have spin shoes that clip into the pedals they provide them for you. This class is really upbeat and fun, I highly recommend for a high calorie burn. read more

I've done multiple spin classes and they do not compare to Ensync! This was the best work out I've ever done. Get ready to ready to feel the burn, sweat and dance on your bike. It makes exercising fun! I cant wait to go back! The owner is the sweetest and most bad ass chick! Shes so motivating when teaching her classes. Such a clean studio and decorated very nicely. I love this spin studio! I came up here for a wedding and we did a "bride ride". The whole bridal party and any girls who were up here came in for a private ride! It was SO fun! When we were done we had champagne and snacks to unwind! It was seriously perfect! Every wedding I always watch the boys drive away to go golf and the girls are always left to do nothing! This is a great filler for the girls as a group idea for a wedding weekend! I've spun a lot at home and Stephanie was the best instructor! So cute, so fun and so energetic! Ensync Spin Studio was absolutely amazing!! I came here for a "Bride Ride" with the bride, bridesmaids, family and friends while up in Tahoe for a wedding. The atmosphere in the studio was so uplifting with colorful lights in a dark room, glow in the dark face paint and sweatbands! STEPHANIE was our instructor and she had so much positive energy the entire ride! I have never done a spin class before and it was such a fun experience and I felt encouraged the entire ride. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome workout, a bride ride for the girls while the guys go off and do guy stuff before a wedding, or just to simply have a good time! read more

Joined a class for a local preschool fundraiser :) Never thought I could have that much fun during a workout. You don't even realize you are getting your cardio in until you stop and realize you are breathing heavy, your legs are tired and you are sweating your guts out:) PE for grownups but the fun and sweaty kind. Already inviting my friends to join me for my next class. (hoping they do Saturday classes soon) Stephanie was an awesome instructor and when I needed a little help on my bike with my bike shoes, Michael was there within minutes to get my back into my groove by helping me. Was in Tahoe for a vacation and was so excited to come across this little place! It was so cute inside and they had great bikes! Stephanie was so nice.
