Beautiful new hospital within Winter Garden Village. They've been open for a couple years now, but everything still has that new look, feel, and smell. I scheduled some outpatient lab work here and was promptly checked in and was in and out within half an hour. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Definitely better than the other hospitals in the area.

Since this is the only listed entry when Ciox is typed into Yelp you can have the worst ratings ever for just that. Not to mention the actual rating and review that needs to be associated with ciox medical records. For those who are unaware, ciox is now the company that handles all medical records transfers and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a joke. After holding for hours they will either hang up on you or simply refer you to a broken website. All of this while NOT transferring your personal medical data to your new doctor. In the mean time Advent Health is MORE than happy to run new tests at your expense. Yet another medical... SCAM.

One of the best Emergency Rooms I have ever been in. First off the place is new so everything was spotless and on point. I'm sure everyone's experience will be based on timing but I came here on a Thursday early evening due to stomach pain and the place was empty. I was processed and in an ER room within minutes. The whole place is cutting edge in technology do everything is done on an iPad to eliminate paper and filing. The ER rooms you go into are all sparkling clean and as comfortable as can be. I was seen by a nurse immediately who started me on an IV and administered all the good stuff. I was seen by a Dr shortly thereafter and he did his work and sent me for some tests in other rooms. Every staff member who was there was very polite and cheerful. They made it a joy to be here and although I don't look forward to having to go back, I know that I'm in good hands if I do!!

Being transferred from ER to hospital for children. Exceptional EMT crew!

Amazing quality of care; nurses and providers at the ER are super attentive and compassionate.

When we arrived, there were no other patients in the clinic. The staff at the front desk was chatting and definitely not in any rush. The person checking us in even stepped away to ask someone if we could be seen, then came back and continued checking us in with zero urgency -- despite the fact that this was an infant head injury. They seemed far more concerned with taking payment first than anything else. After taking payment, we continued waiting. Not a single person looked at my baby. Not even a quick assessment. Eventually another staff member told us we needed to go to the emergency room because they "can't do imaging here," and they said they would process a refund. That was it -- no exam, no evaluation, nothing. At the ER, they explained that they use a well-validated rule called PECARN to determine if imaging is necessary. In our case, imaging wasn't needed -- but at least they evaluated my child and followed proper medical protocol. Why didn't urgent care do the same? Why didn't anyone even take a look at my baby? Instead, they were busy chatting or processing payment. This level of care (or complete lack of care) is dangerous, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable -- especially when dealing with an infant who experienced a fall. I will never return, and I hope management addresses this immediately.

An unfortunate accident happened that left my grandson with a deep gash on his head. For…read moreconvenience I suggested that his parents take him to Night Lite Pediatrics instead of Arnold Palmer Hospital. They took my advice and I planned to meet them there for moral support. When I arrived I found grandson bandaged up with numbing cream and waiting to get a couple of staples to close his wound. He was happily playing and didn't seem distraught. My daughter told me that check in was a breeze and that although none of the employees identified themselves everyone treated them wonderfully. They were very happy that they decided to bring their son here. After about ten minutes of my being there 3 employees walked in without name tags. No one gave any indication about who they were or what their role was. No one appeared to be a doctor and no one took charge in explaining what was going to happen next. The young girl in the group stood back while a women cleaned the wound and a young man put two staples in my grandson's head. The staple gun malfunctioned so another one was found and the treatment was completed. My grandson was scared and teetering on escalating to distraught. Through the ordeal the women kept calling my grandson by an endearment instead of his name. After about the third time I told her that she was unknowingly confusing my 2 year old grandson by calling him by my dogs name. She covered her mouth like a school girl and giggled. I wasn't upset but I do think that young patients should be respected enough to be called gently by their names. The group did not consider that they are complete strangers and because of this interacting with a young child in a scary situation warrants respect and professionalism. Simply put......You should know your audience. It's great to be cool and relaxed with the parents but remember who your patient is and make an attempt to learn their names.

My children were taken to PM Pediatrics and evaluated by a provider who, based on the documentation…read moreand follow-up, handed out two wildly inaccurate diagnoses, unnecessary medications, and showed a dangerous lack of clinical judgment. My daughter was diagnosed with walking pneumonia despite no imaging, no labs, and no clear clinical justification. She was prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid, and a nebulizer--without confirmation of any actual illness. The chart notes from PM list symptoms that do not align with pneumonia. The next day, she was taken to the ER at Southlake, where she received a full evaluation--including imaging. Their diagnosis? No pneumonia. She had a common cold. My son was seen the same day for a simple dry cough. He had previously tested positive for rhinovirus (a common cold), which was confirmed via lab. PM Pediatrics diagnosed him with a sinus infection and prescribed Augmentin--despite no nasal symptoms, no sinus pressure, no diagnostic tests, and a chart note that again, shows no symptoms consistent with sinusitis. He was later taken to Clermont Urgent Care, where they evaluated him and concluded it was just a cold. No antibiotics. No issue. I have video of both kids running and playing full-speed just two evenings later. They were misdiagnosed, overtreated, and their actual condition--completely benign--was verified by two separate, credible facilities. When I called PM to speak to the provider about what had happened, I was intercepted by a gatekeeper--I believe his name was Nolan--who was unprofessional, dismissive, and combative. He claimed to be a paramedic, yet completely disregarded the importance of parental input and medical follow-up. He made no effort to escalate my concerns, only to delay and block them. The provider eventually returned my call, but hours had passed. At that point, I took my children's care into the hands of real MDs--ones who care about root cause, proper diagnostics, and clinical integrity. PM Pediatrics is not a clinic built on safety. It is a speed-based operation that hands out prescriptions without proper assessment, treats concerned parents as problems, and prioritizes efficiency over accuracy. If you value your child's health, get a second opinion and ask for proof--because you won't get it here

I was treated within thirty minutes and then had to get a cscan, a nebulizer treatment and an antibiotic shot. I decided to go early (an hour). I was able to check in, was placed in a room about 30 mins later. Someone came in to check the pulse and all that. Took 2 swabs and said it would take 20 mins for results. 1hr passed and no one has showed up... the doctor came 1.5 hrs later. It took me 3 hours getting in and out of this place. I would've thought they would try to accommodate the appointment time I made just a little... but I scheduled for 11am, checked-in at 10am, left at 1pm... Environment Very big space they had a lot of rooms available. In a perfect world it would have a just right amount of patience vs staff... and everything would flow well. Niceness of the staff They were quiet rude.. after waiting 1+ hours for the doctor to appear.. I went to check on where I stand but the doctor was like we are busy and you are next I'm coming. Then other staff try their best to avoid eye contact. Dollar Depends on your insurance Yes? I would definitely not return here. I have been at urgent care that take long but never this long!
