Great Staff, Nice Facility…read more A few months ago I came to this ER after a karate fight dislocated my knee. Dr. Sykes and his team took great care of me. The only downside was it was after 8pm so they couldn't do an MRI for me. Here I am again here now for a crazy kidney stone and the staff has has been really great. My ER provider was Jason Roswell PA. He was professional and efficient. He got my treatment handled and communicated well. The ER Nurse Allison Hamilton was also super friendly and did a great job. She took the time to handle my questions and needs. The CAT scan woman is also always super great. It's my second time having her scan me so far. I don't remember her name but we have almost the same exact birthday! My hospitalist Dr. Ektaben Patel was really nice and friendly. They are slammed today and she made sure she spent time and got me handled. Nurse Anna LPN was a gem. She was so polite and I appreciate her efforts. Dietician Rebecca Power was knowledgeable and friendly and wanted to make sure my dietary needs were met. Well that's where I am so far on this day's hospital festivities. Hopefully this kidney stone will leave me so I can go home soon. I do not know why there are so many bad reviews for this place.

They flipped out, called and threatened my hospice company, and used it as an excuse to use my fingerprint while I was unconscious to snoop through my cell phone. When I opened it, it was on a personal conversation I had with an inmate. Talk about first amendment violations! Nosy Parkers. I am still outraged months later.​ As a result of their threats my hospice company caved. Now I have zero care, zero meds, and lay in bed consumed with pain 24/7 because I'm unable to leave my residence. I'd give all of you negative stars if I could.

The doctor told us they were not going to use the needle numbing medicine because it would cause more pain/fear for our daughter, we agreed to this. However no other numbing, pain or calming medicine was offered to our daughter. So once the stitches began she was wrapped in a blanket and held down on the bed while a very shaky handed doctor did he stitches.. She scream bloody murder the whole time and it was the worst thing I have had to watch as a mother. After speaking with her pediatrician and other ER doctors around I have learned this is not standard to not have some sort of pain or numbing medicine given to her prior especially her being so young and it being on her face. The doctor who did her stitches is named Matthew Rump, he was friendly to us and even said it would be difficult to give his own young son stitches and then proceeded to not give our daughter anything to make this already hard experience any easier. I would avoid this ER for anything related to this and avoid that doctor for stitches 10000%.

Plan on sitting in the main waiting room for about an hour even if you have an appointment. Once I went to the Saturday clinic, signed in and after waiting an hour and twenty minutes learned that someone had removed my name from the sign in sheet and lost it, so they had no idea I was in the building! I referred my husband to Prestige. He called to set up an apt and heard the NP I saw is no longer there (thanks for not notifying me!). He saw someone different at Prestige, did not like that provider at all! Months later I received a bill for $400+ saying my insurance company will not cover the bill! Prestige billed my NP apt as a "wellness visit" and not an "office visit". I had already seen my provider in Florida for my "wellness" visit when I said goodbye & left Florida! They want to argue with me that it shouldn't have been set up as a "wellness" visit. I never used the word wellness when I told them I wanted to "establish a relationship with a provider". Whatever Prestige categorized that as on the back end is their fault! They should have verified with the insurance company that I hadn't already had a "wellness" visit for the year! If they want to bill me for my $40 copay, I will willingly pay that but to try to bill me $400 for their error is outrageous! I do not recommend Prestige for their billing practices, their lack of notice when the NP left the practice, and the lack of bedside manner of the provider my husband saw!

Waited about 15 minutes and then was called ahead of schedule to the procedure room. Holly was my technician who was preforming my procedure and explained what we were looking for and everything that was happening during the time I was there. Procedure took about 30 minutes overall. Was a very pleasant visit and smooth going through everything. I will make sure I will use this facility in the future if I can for any procedures with the Medical group. The facility is nice but the assigned nurse not so much. You know the saying the lights are on but…read morenobody's home? Well, the lights were on but no one was home that truly cared. The nurse was more concerned with everything but my family member. I am thankful our situation improved, however, it could have been much worse. I truly was not impressed with the standard of care. For nurses making an average of $50 an hour not to mention the doctor's salary, I expected more. I am thankful my family member has an upcoming appointment with their primary to further rule out any problems.
