They checked us in immediately and ran the tests to confirm it was influenza. We were in and out with a script in about an hour. Great timing for a walk-in clinic!! My back was out and Valium helps relax my muscles. I like the cozy atmosphere and size of the clinic that is equipped with all necessary machinery and staff to provide immediate help and diagnose people quickly. We have been there three times so far and all three times the staff was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. They were able to recognize the severity of my grandmother's condition very quickly and the doctor sent her off in an ambulance to the main hospital very quickly, so her life was saved. I am very grateful to say the least. I highly recommend this place for both - urgent care needs and emergency room situations.

I left 30 minutes later because there was no lobotomist. I returned to the facility hoping to be administered my TB test quickly. When I was taken back to the lab for the test the lobotomist had to leave the room because she forgot to fill out paperwork. I've been waiting in the room for about 20 minutes now, this is totally unacceptable. I can understand why this facility receives less than two stars. Totally understand and under trained. The lobotomist cannot find the dose to administer. This was a horrible experience

The office was so cute, clean and had fun decorations. I was impressed that they even have a coffee maker and TVs. The woman at the front desk was great at explaining everything. My nurse was so nice and the Dr. explained everything wonderfully. And to make things better, the wait wasn't even bad (around 10am this morning).

The front desk associate was helpful, Nurse who did my intake was Dawn & and the P.A. who did my appointment was Abbey and they were both INCREDIBLY KIND. 10/10 bedside manner. I legitimately wish I could have them as my primary care provider in NYC. Highly recommended.
