I'm very impressed with this facility…read more This facility is state-of-the-art with beautiful architecture, wonderful staff, and amazing technology. First, don't try to park anywhere. Use the valet service at the front door. (It costs the same as parking at the ramp yourself.) And it only takes a few minutes for them to bring your vehicle back to you when you're done for the day. There are concierge staff milling around everywhere, ready to help you out if you get lost. The all have matching vests and notebook computers on shoulder straps. They can look nearly anything up, including patient specific information like appointment locations and doctor names. Check-in on the floors is usually pretty speedy and efficient. They have multiple digital podiums that are super flexible. They seem to quickly add & subtract staff when needed to keep up with patient traffic. The check-in staff frequently give you a notebook for answering pre-appointment questions. Done with the questions? Leave it anywhere. They'll find it and pick it up. They also give an RFID badge that lets them know exactly where you're located. In the bathroom when they call you? They know where you are. They also take your photo and they know what you look like. Pretty cool. The lobbies are all spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. They also offer complimentary coffee & tea. Nice! If that isn't enough for you, run downstairs and visit the little cafe on the first floor. The medical staff are all great. I've seen many, many people and I have always been treated well. Since many of the docs are also professors, they're up on all the latest information, treatments, research studies, and equipment. Many times you also get to see medical students, medical residents, or laboratory people. Last but not least, when you leave, you often need to visit the scheduling person. They're located in a round cubby outside of each clinic. Again, I'm impressed with the efficiency and the organization. Unfortunately, I had to see Dr. Ondrey about a problem that ended up being tongue cancer. I eventually had tongue surgery and he got me fixed up. He saved my life...or at a minimum, gave me a few more years. Thanks to everyone at the University of Minnesota Clinics! -Daddy Maxx Retro

I had an appointment with Dr. Vox and his assistant Jackson, and it was hands-down one of the best…read moremedical visits I've had in years. The office is clean, organized, and incredibly professional--and I was taken back with zero waiting, which already felt like a dream. They had to numb my nose for the vocal exam (never anybody's favorite moment), but Jackson handed me a lollipop afterward to take away the awful taste. Such a small gesture, but wow did it make a difference. It told me immediately that they pay attention to comfort and treat patients like actual humans, not numbers. Dr. Vox gave me suggestions and insights I haven't heard in over two years, and I walked out feeling more hopeful and informed than I have in a long time. You can tell he genuinely knows his craft and cares about helping you understand what's going on. If you're dealing with voice issues or anything ENT-related, I can't recommend this team enough. Thoughtful care, great bedside manner, and a level of professionalism that truly stands out.

Complete scam, they will not let you give them your own hearing test you get annually from work…read more Insist they do their own and charge you $160 for it. Then shine a light in your ear and tell you everything looks fine. Then charge you $700 even if you have insurance because most plans don't cover their cost. They'll say you're in network tell you it should be partially covered then you get a surprise bill. But don't worry they will prescribe a nasal spray. Stay away

Have been a patient for several months. In my several visits I've never waited too long to be seen…read more All my interactions with staff have been kind and polite. Payment was simple and right on expected costs. The reality is that with insurance, your doctor doesn't know exactly what you'll pay because so much is dependent on your plan and negotiated rates. I also had a sleep study done and it was a good experience. I came in very full of concerns and they absolutely took the time to keep me engaged and put me at ease. I liked the fact that it was a small independently owned provider and that I got good care at a reasonable cost.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. My second sleep…read morestudy appointment was last night. My first appointment was canceled at 7:15pm, my appointment time, as I sat in the parking lot of the facility. Last night I entered the building at exactly 8:15pm. When scheduling the appointment I was told to be there at 8:15pm, absolutely no later than 8:30pm. When I was let into the building it was up to me to my way around the building. I arrived at the door, rang the doorbell, which doesnt work, but fortunately the tech was in the hallway and let me in. I introduced myself as she walked 5 feet ahead of me, introducing herself. I never did get her name. She told me to 'get comfortable', brought me redundant paperwork to fill out, and said she would be setting up another patient and then would be with me. I asked her where the tv remote was and she said she'd try to find one for me, and left. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I went out into the hallway to see how much longer it would be, only to find her just starting with the other person. I returned to my room, changed out of my pj's, packed my overnight bag, and left. It is beyond my comprehension how this facility remains open with such unprofessional behavior. I am now searching for a different facility.

The check-in process sucks and the red head behind the desk is an argumentative bitch. I asked her…read moreif the clinic could scan my cards and do the check in process and not only did she say no, she couldn't have left it at that, she scoffed at my question and said 'I've never in my life been to a clinic where the front desk scanned your cards and filled in your medical history.' I tried pointing out that the medical staff has always done that for most of my life and she STILL argued with me. What a horrible customer service employee! She is in the WRONG JOB! SO, Maple Grove ENT is paying 2 employees to stand behind the desk and giggle and gossip with each other while their paying clients have to process their own check in and medical history and not only won't do it for you when asked, they yell at you and tell you how wrong you are to have even asked.

Lindsay was very caring and willing to listen to my story of my right ear. We came up with a plan which was reasonable and went from there. I did appreciate they had a hearing test area and I was able to get a test during my appointment and didn't have to go somewhere else it come back. Ann helped me with this and was very kind and helpful. They do have a couple of other locations as well Coon Rapids and St Louis Park. I was able to get into the Maple Grove location in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this clinic to try to get to the bottom of issues they really seem to know what's going on. Thank you
