I had an appointment with Dr. Vox and his assistant Jackson, and it was hands-down one of the best medical visits I've had in years. The office is clean, organized, and incredibly professional--and I was taken back with zero waiting, which already felt like a dream. They had to numb my nose for the vocal exam (never anybody's favorite moment), but Jackson handed me a lollipop afterward to take away the awful taste. Such a small gesture, but wow did it make a difference. It told me immediately that they pay attention to comfort and treat patients like actual humans, not numbers. Dr. Vox gave me suggestions and insights I haven't heard in over two years, and I walked out feeling more hopeful and informed than I have in a long time. You can tell he genuinely knows his craft and cares about helping you understand what's going on. If you're dealing with voice issues or anything ENT-related, I can't recommend this team enough. Complete scam, they will not let you give them your own hearing test you get annually from work. Insist they do their own and charge you $160 for it. Then shine a light in your ear and tell you everything looks fine. Then charge you $700 even if you have insurance because most plans don't cover their cost. They'll say you're in network tell you it should be partially covered then you get a surprise bill. But don't worry they will prescribe a nasal spray. Stay away read more

I was referred to this clinic from St Paul eye. I went online to review the clinic and decided to fill out the appt request form because no one ever called for the refferal. I waited MONTHS and still no call, I filled it out again and waited a week still no call. I called to make the appt and the lady taking the calls was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. They require a "visa" for the appt because they charge for a no show. Feeling a bit concerned about having the appt after this experience this far. read more

I would exercise caution in dealing with this organization. You get charged for everything (I am surprised they do not charge to use their bathrooms). Went in for a hearing test. Paid for the person to administer the hearing test and then paid a whopping $220 for a physician assistant (not even a required college degree) to "interpret" the hearing test. Crooks when it comes to billing. I made appointments to get an ear cleaning and to have ear impressions taken to make custom in ear monitors that I need to send to the manufacture. We couldn't do the impressions because the manufacturer has strict criteria around the type of materials that could be used. Still did the ear cleaning but was charged an extra $200 for an "Office Visit" that I never made an appointment for and was never told that I would be charged for, to answer roughly 6 questions about how I was feeling. I am obviously sick from some allergies, I don't need to pay $200 to learn that. It feels like going to a shady car mechanic that wants to add unnecessary things to the bill just to get the paycheck. So glad my husband received a recommendation to come here. This is a very professional, well kept and patient friendly providers office. What I like the most is the space they have for small children! Dr Zachary and Dr Dorn are amazing and special providers who actually listen, answer your questions and make you feel at ease with your medical concerns. My son has a lot of food allergies and it's nice to know there are options and individuals willing and encouraging of those options! I thought he would have to avoid those foods for the rest of his life but I've been shown a whole new world of possibilities. I have such hope and enthusiasm for his future now. scheduled a consult for tonsil removal, doctor walked in did an unnecessary throat examination that hurt. tried to prescribe me a throat spray. i asked about tonsils, the thing i was there for, and the doctor seemed surprised and annoyed that i mentioned it. i was then informed that they have a policy that they do not remove tonsils unless the patient has 8 strep throat tests confirm positive. i haven't had a strep test since highschool, so why am i here?!? if i ask for an appointment for service you refuse to provide. i became incredibly upset because my family has a history of tonsil issues and i frequently can't swallow and have not blown my nose in years and this appointment i waited over a month for didn't even know what i was there for and did not help me!! i had such hope yanked from under me. So then i had a panic attack and was kicked out of the building. not my best moment, but at least the manager informed me later that having a panic attack in their lobby is against policy. and now they are billing me. had nightmares for weeks because of that panic attack but sure, take my money people who didn't even try to understand the reason i needed help. read more

Doctors and Providers were great, but getting an appointment or just getting help by phone or the front desk is extremely slow. we have been there twice and have called three times. While there, only one person was working the front desk and answering phones. when calling most recently, I was told I was number 2 in the que for 27 Minutes. Hard to believe they were on the phone for 27 minutes with the person before me and it seemed obvious, they must have just had one person answering the phones. my call was less than 1 minut. Very frustratin. They need to hire more front desk staff. read more

Dr Karlen is fantastic. He came to me highly recommended by another ENT as the best pediatric ENT and he was fantastic. My son was very weary about doctors touching his ears but Dr Karlen established trust with him before he started checking his ears. The rest of the staff was so kind and the building is very nice. I'm giving them a 3 because I really like the doctors, but it takes forever to talk to anyone in the phone or to get a call back. Both the scheduling line and nurses line say there is a high volume of calls and they will return your call within 48 hours. I feel like crap and need to see a doctor there, but I don't feel bad enough yet for the urgent care and my doctor referred me there. Just sucks! read more

Kept waiting wayyyy too long for Dr Gendron only to find out she's having a patient "emergency" in clinic and they weren't sure when she could see me and the other 2 people waiting ahead of me also waiting for her so, I rescheduled with Dr Cox the following week. AGAIN Dr Cox having an patient "emergency" in clinic and kept me waiting wayyyy too long. Never stepping foot in this god awful place again. ZERO respect for patients (customers) time. Ohw visited Midwest ent at 2 locations and seem 2 different doctors. I have a deviated septum and any general practitioner can say 'tilt your head back...... you have a feva is red septum' in both instances that I went to Midwest ent the doctors would refuse to do something as simple as look at my nose unless they could do scoping of some sort. That way they could charge me an arm and a leg. When I refused to pay for tests that had nothing to do with my visit they wanted to prescribe me various sprays. When I asked I was told "yes you'd likely be using it for the rest of your life" but I don't want to rely on nasal spray. I want a permanent solution. Well we don't give permanent solutions except in extreme cases. About a 10 minute conversation. Then for that 10 minutes $150 bucks. About as big a rip-off as you can get. Worst phone experience ever! Scheduler was rude and short. Called at 9am. Had to get cleared by a nurse before scheduling. Didn't get a call back until after 2 and then couldn't get into a doctor until several days later - not even a virtual appointment! My child's primary doctor (Dr. DuFort - Eagan Valley Peds) referred us to MidWest ENT and wanted her to be seen today. Bad experience! Rude and unhelpful. If you want to be given the run around, this is the place to call. read more
