He is current on the latest care and techniques, and eager to help patients feel better. I had suffered from multiple yearly sinus infections for several years. He was able to perform surgery to clear my sinus passages and prescribed treatment afterward that has kept me infection free for a long time. He also helped my husband who suffers from nasal polyps. He is helpful and encouraging. Everything you wish for in a Doctor and more! May his practice continue to flourish!

He performed nasal surgery several weeks ago and I can actually breathe for the 1st time in years. I followed his instructions and came through with flying colors. Dr Ung is friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor(bedside manor). He answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. His evaluations regarding my nasal issues were 100% accurate and I wholeheartedly recommend him! Exams- I have very narrow nasal and sinus passages and always need to be scoped. Dr Ung is the best and it's quite comfortable. Dr. Ung's staff are efficient, friendly and empathetic. My husband sees Dr Ung as well ( he sings in a band) and Dr Ung has helped my husband's voice immensely. Thank you Dr Ung. (this said with tears in my eyes)

Wow. This is really sad.... I grew up seeing him. I saw him SO much because I was always sick…read more. with ent things. Fast forward to today, My husband had to see an ent and I've always spoken so highly Donzelli... so that's where he went. I went with, and wow. He's still nice, but I would be shocked if we spent 5 mins with him... so quick to chat, told us my husband needed a hearing test and he'd see us after. They tried to get us to leave. I had to explain no... he said xyz. I think we got one more minute.... Unfortunately I think Duly made this practice into a production line. Quality has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. My daughter needs an ENT and we will be taking her elsewhere. I hope Donzelli goes back to his old ways

UGHHHH I should have read these reviews before I went to Dr. Donzelli's office. My experience is…read moremuch the same as others who gave a one-star rating. He talked so fast at my appointment that he needed an intern to take notes for him because it's impossible to keep up with what he's saying. Threw out about 8 things I might have and multiple medications and then walked out of the room and told the scribe to follow up with me. I did not get any kind of paper explaining what I should do next / checkout information. I did not receive any kind of bill. Then a few months later I got a letter from a COLLECTIONS AGENCY saying I owed $200 for my last visit. They made zero attempts to contact me to tell me I owed money. I had to press and press on the billing person in the office before she said we give 120 days for payment and if we don't get it, we send to a collections agency. WHO DOES THAT?! If you want to keep your patients, why wouldn't you call them personally like most places and say hey I'm not sure if you saw you owe $$, can I help you make that payment today? GONE. Will not be coming back. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE.

For ANY issues that you may be having that are Otolaryngology (Ear/Nose/Throat) related, I could…read morenot recommend trying to see Dr. Ksiazek enough - after just one visit with him, I was very impressed. Dr. Ksiazek was very kind, calm, and helped put me at complete ease with my entire visit. (** Quick summary: For about 5 weeks, I had been having some continuous, unexplained "burning sensation" around my lower throat/voice box area. When it wasn't subsiding, I naturally became more concerned and then made the awful mistake of trying to diagnose myself "online", which only made matters 10x worse. I was a nervous wreck thinking I had something serious. After seeing several of my own doctors who didn't think it was anything of significant magnitude, they referred me to an ENT. Since the issue STILL wasn't subsiding, my worries weren't either. BY CHANCE, I found a quick appointment with Dr. Ksiazek at his Glen Ellyn office.) The entire experience was wonderful. From the time I signed in, I wasn't sitting in the waiting room but maybe 5 minutes when one of the nurses had called me back. I hadn't even made a dent in filling out the few pieces of paperwork. She was very kind and friendly - walked me back to one of the offices to await the doctor. After taking some quick vitals, the nurse said that Dr. Ksiazek would be right in. I am not exaggerating when I say no more than about 1 minute later, Dr. Ksiazek knocks and walks in and introduces himself. I was shocked (in a good way)! I hadn't even parked my car more than 10 minutes earlier and the nurse hadn't walked out more than 2 minutes ago. Perhaps by coincidence it was a very slow period, but still. As mentioned, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Ksiazek was kind, soft-spoken, and had a calming demeanor. He asked me to explain to him what was going on - and I took a few minutes doing so. I told him that after about 5 weeks, I had just worried myself sick trying to figure out what condition I had, and that it wasn't subsiding. Based on what I must have written when I scheduled the appointment (and perhaps reviewing my previous doctor visit notes and records in the system), it almost seemed Dr. Ksiazek had an idea of what was going on with me, but said he would do a scope of my throat to put me at ease. I had never had one of these before, and Dr. Ksiazek explained what it is, how he would do it, and said it was very quick and painless. The entire scope procedure was not at all uncomfortable, and quick - maybe 45 seconds tops. On a scale of 1-10, discomfort was maybe a 1.5. After I sat for about 5 minutes of having numbing spray put in my nose, Dr. Ksiazek ran a scope thru my nose (no pain, and he talked to me calmly as he did everything) and was able to see my throat. Long story short - I had common laryngeal reflux (similar to acid reflux) which had been happening so often it left me with the continuous burning sensation of my throat. I felt like 5 cinder blocks had been lifted off my shoulders. We also addressed my rare laryngeal spasms (feeling of waking up suddenly and not able to catch a breath) which he felt were also related to the reflux condition. I was prescribed some medicine to try, and Dr. Ksiazek told me to message him and just let him know how things were proceeding several weeks later. I left feeling with a huge sense of calm and relief - and all within about a half hour of walking thru the parking lot (Can't beat that! Again, this may be a unique situation just based on that particular day's schedule). I only wish I could have found Dr. Ksiazek sooner. I highly recommend him for any of your ENT needs or for any situation you may be having (ENT related) which may be of concern to you. You can even make some appointments online! Highly recommended, and I would def see Dr. Ksiazek again or refer my family to him!
