I am seeing results I never thought possible and their communication with other doctors is great. I spent 18 years looking for answers and in my time here, I am at a place where I'm happy, understood, and most importantly, taken care of. I would recommend HR Family Medicine to anyone, and I do. Thank you for making me the person I know I can be.

In ANY location. 1. You can NOT call the physician's office directly, but have to go through a centralized switchboard. 2. There is NO WAY to get thru to your physician with a question or concern. 3. The front desk employees are curt, rude and dismissive. 4. They insist you come into the office before they will call in a prescription refill (on a med I've been taking for years). So they can charge you for it 5. They limit their physicians to a MAX of 15 minutes with a patient. AVOID ANY New West Physicians practice and find a Dr. @ Common Spirit or Adventist.
