So our first reaction was to go on Zillow and find a house we like an contact a realtor. Let me tell you, some realtors are eager to put you into a house whether you liked it or not. Not Amy. After we were tired of working with other agents, I reached out to Amy, and I'd recommend her to every single person looking for a home. From the jump, Amy did her best to make us feel comfortable with making such a major, life-changing decision. She does an hour consultation to walk us through the home-buying process before she even sends us a link to a property. Then when we did start looking at houses, Amy was very honest and forward about how each home's flaws and how competitive we can be. Once we did find a home, she really made sure that the process felt organic versus feeling rag dolled along to the end. Dare I mention that Amy is fantastic negotiator? She did everything she could to ensure that we would get the most bang for our buck. Whether is was getting us credits on a closing cost to making sure that we had a thorough inspection, Amy really went up to bat for us when we really needed her. It would be remiss of me if I didn't mention how great her assistant, Jeoff, was. Jeoff will do the digging on a property and make sure that, before you even go look at a home, you got the info you need. He did a great job at creating a showing schedule that worked for us and was incredible at making last minute changes if there was that house we thought we would love. The whole home-buying process was made so enjoyable with these two. We ALMOST want to buy another house just to get to go through it all again. Thank you Amy and Jeoff.

We said 'maybe in a year' we would be ready. We didn't think we would hear from her but EXACTLY a year later she contacted us! We immediately knew that she was a keeper. The fact that she remembered to follow up, a year later, made a strong impression on us! As first time home buyers, we were clueless about the whole process. Amy walked us through everything with such care and patience. She never made us feel silly for asking questions and would even talk to us 'outside of working hours' if anything came up. She never pushed us to make unreasonable offers or to over-extend ourselves. She 100% wants the best value for her clients, even if that means a smaller commission on her end. There were multiple times where she gave her honest opinion even though it wouldn't benefit her. We completely trusted her which is SO important when making a big monetary decision. She has a really great sense of the market and what buyers want which is extremely helpful when making offers. She is very savvy with the 'terms' in your offer even if you aren't the highest bidder! Besides being an amazing realtor, Amy also specializes in flipping homes and continues to help us with renovations and design ideas for our home - free of cost! We are so happy that we can continue our relationship with her even after having purchased a home. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a genuine, trustworthy, and fun-to-be-around agent!
