    Sadly these photos speak for themselves.. My husband and I were so excited to move in after our experience touring. Communication was consistent, and the agent was kind. Once we moved in, that all changed. We were assured that the home would be move-in ready, but as you can see, it's FAR from it. If you can believe it, they refuse to replace the dishwasher covered in this horrendous grime. There is black mold in the bottom of our freezer, food splatter in all the cabinets, plumbing issues, a broken stove burner, and so much more. Despite emailing all of our concerns to the office manager and owner (Ashley and Katie), they have yet to reach out..and it's been weeks. Maybe they will turn things around, but the value for what we're paying vs what we're getting is pathetic at best.

    This is the "rent for june" but my lease ended on May 31st and we already had our move out inspection. This is double our old rent ($1100)

    Horrible company. My old landlord Kim was an absolute b*tch. I just moved out on May 31st (WHEN MY LEASE ENDED) and now they are trying to charge me double my rent ($2300) for the month of Junes rent plus late fees. They are smoking crack if they think I'm going to give them another penny. Management doesn't know what they're doing and it's impossible to get in touch with the right people. Do not give this place business they will scam you.

    I've been with Ashley and her team for awhile I think she's great. I saw some other negative reviews but to be honest I've always had a good experience talking to them. If your nice to people they're nice back. I'll keep renting with them.

    Rental Walk Through After Deposit Was Paid and Refused To Be Returned.

    Extremely rude, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. The roof caved in on a rental I paid a deposit on and was not notified of this. Thank God, I requested a walk through and was just as surprised as the woman showing me the house. The women in the office were beyond defensive along with one of the ladies holding a dog and laughing at my concerns. I have never been so humiliated and treated with such clear discrimination. These women had the demeanor and attitude as if they were above and superior. I was treated as a joke, mocked and basically called a liar. After speaking with Fox 13 News in Memphis, it was confirmed I would receive my deposit back. 12/28 I received a call from Ashley (10 mins before the office closed) and was asked if I wanted my deposit taped to the outside of the door (mind you, it was raining). Do not consider this company for your rental or business needs. They are beyond rude and will treat you like dirt.

When you submit a home improvement it takes this company months to approve the simplest request to your home. DHI builders hired and support this company and they should be ashamed as well. Share all the post on Facebook, Linkedin, and anymore that may be thinking about purchasing a home with DHI. DHI need to fire Keith Collins like yesterday. The company is unprofessional, incompetent, shows no compassion for their clients, and refuse to follow-up on the simplest request. I am going to continue to scream at the top of lungs to ensure the public in Madison County do not purchase any new homes in this area. I have purchased six home and this is the worst experience I have ever encountered with HOA services. Do not purchase from DHI if they continue to support Keith S Collins.

I am on a corner lot so you can see every side of my home so I don't know where I would put them. Then on top of that they sent four letters. The next one is about a car parked on the street that we don't even own. Mind you there are so many dips and cracks in the street that you can barely drive straight, but they are concern with trash cans. How about fixing the street and street lights if you really want to do something. I will never purchase another home an a H.O.A community again. I wouldn't care if it was given to me free.

The apartment was extremely dirty, there were light bulbs missing, vents clogged with dirt and who knows what else. The railing in the stairs was too loose and practically hanging from the wall. There were holes in the walls, sockets hanging out of the wall. The kitchen was awful looking. The cabinets and counter tops have chunks of wood missing and look like they haven't been replaced or cared for since the 80's. The inside of the cabinets were unsanitary to leave dishes in. There was dust and dirt and all the lining was peeled up and torn up. The bathrooms were awful and the floors were torn up and dirty. The windows are all having troubles with their seals, my glass sliding door doesn't even properly function. I have to pick it up off the track and move it. On top of all that, the property manager doesn't do anything. You can tell he doesn't care about the property or the tenants just getting his money. There is no kind of landscape upkeep. All the apartments just have weeds growing out front. They have painted my door shut, and didn't even notify us they would be painting the doors. The pool was closed for the longest because it didn't meet health codes and they just left it like that for over a year. I've never seen maintenance and I'm still waiting on them to come fix things I requested for almost a year ago. This is a horrible place to live. It honestly needs to be shut down and redone. You should only move here as a last resort and I wouldn't even wish that on you.
