Jeff will also make color recommendations which really helped us ensure we were on track. We had many very positive and unsolicited remarks from both guests and people interested in our home about both the quality of the painting and the colors. In addition Jeff's crew refurbished our deck using the Behr product "Deck Over". They cleaned the deck, replaced boards, sunk poles in concrete which needed to be replaced for the stairs and it not only looks brand new but is super sturdy. I highly recommend this company and their pricing is reasonable! You can trust Jeff. Something you don't hear often from me about contractors.

From when we started contacting him there were several understandable delays (weather interfering with finishing preceding exterior job). However, once that was done and he had a start date with us, we had several last minute reschedulings. We gave him one last chance because he assured us it was resolved and sent us recent references. We had a new date, which came and went with no contact. This was the second week of October. We immediately requested our deposit back and cancelled the contract. It's now November and we haven't heard from him, haven't received our deposit, and are preparing paperwork for court to get our money back.

It actually feels like a new home now. I had originally contacted http://titanpainterschicago.com which is a different paint company and they referred me over here since they weren't immediately available so that was nice of them. I asked my friends and family for some recommendations for paint companies. One of my coworkers suggested Dip. He said that Dan the owner was a great guy and they helped him when he moved in as well. My coworker raved about their customer service. He especially loved how helpful everyone on their team is when you have any questions or concerns. Dan the owner is a great leader. I have a lot of respect for bosses that treat their employees well! For my experience with them, they do everything well! They do free estimates and their prices are great. I wanted a paint job that matched the color that was originally there. I guess the original people had a good taste in color but they didn't do a very good job painting. If they used Dip, I wouldn't have wanted to change anything. I was definitely glad that Dip does color matching! The results of the paint job was also super high quality! I have already recommended Dip to several of my friends and family for any paint needs. They're super professional and I can't think of any one better for the job. I'm glad I found them when I needed them. If I ever move and need another paint job, I'll definitely be calling Dip. If you need any of the services that they provide, I would recommend! There's nothing to lose with the free estimates. It's super easy, just call them. Great people, great service, and great quality.
