At first, it didn't appear there was too much damage. After calling ICBC, and taking care of all the claim stuff, I did some research and this body shop came highly recommended by someone I trust and care about. I drove down and inquired within to see when they could possibly fit me in to repair my precious car. I was met with the manager, Moe. I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to get everything taken care of. Moe went above and beyond, no doubt understanding how difficult the loss of my precious car was to me. As I needed a courtesy vehicle (I cannot be without a car for multiple reasons) I was told to wait a few days for a car to become available. This was not a problem as my car was still driveable. I brought my car in and everything was taken care of. Moe was sure to keep in touch with me every step of the way. With a repair bill of over $10,300 and a bent frame, ICBC deemed my car to be a total loss and advised me to return to the shop to return the courtesy car (which was very nice and clean by the way). As I was at work that day, I quickly phoned Moe to inform him of the situation. He understood and allowed me to keep the courtesy car over the weekend as my shift was not over until long after the shop was closed. the following Monday, I was supposed to be picked up by a rental car company after returning the courtesy car. The rental company called me that morning and advised me that there were no rentals available and that I would have to wait until another day. Moe called his rental guy and tried to get me a rental car from him, but alas, it was the same problem. Moe said that he didn't want to leave me stranded, and granted me an additional day with the courtesy car. I was so moved that I almost hugged him on the spot. I went straight to a car dealership and bought a new car that day, and manage to return the courtesy car that evening, just before closing time. Although my car was not able to be repaired by this auto body shop (ICBC towed it away for parts), the level of customer service was so above and beyond that, I would return to this shop anytime anywhere when needed. I have rarely met such compassion and understanding from a person, let alone a business. This place definitely deserves 6 stars out of 5. I brought the car in for a quote…read moreand when I booked to have it repaired, they were very accommodating with my work schedule since I work out of town. They offered a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and picked up the loaner vehicle. They texted me every day to give me an update on the progress of the repair (very nice and assuring). The best part was that it was finished a day early - amazing. I picked up my car and it was just washed and very clean. You would never know there was damage from the accident. I was very impressed with the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend this shop to everyone. They are rock stars!

They were…read moreable to do some extra work at a very low rate on top of the damage from "the incident" They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire procedure, and made sure I was very clear on all the work being done. I was even able to pick up my car and the keys on Saturday, when they are normally closed. Once I got the vehicle back, it looked good as new. It's nice to come back to a small town after living in the city for so long. These guys epitomize good ol' service - how it used to be.

I took the Vehicle to several auto body shops around Vancouver who quoted me between $1500-$2000 to do a full sand down, paint, and clearcoat. Then I went to see Kevin at K P's Auto Body. He advised that the scratches were quite bad, but they should be able to wet sand and buff most of the scratches out. He was confident that it was going to be okay. I returned a few hours after dropping my Vehicle off, and it was amazing. I could barely see where the scratches were before. From 20 feet away, I could not see any damage. Sooo professional !!!…read more I can't say enough about the treatment my car and I both received from KP Auto Body. Right from the very kind receptionist to the owner and Luis. They arranged the rental car and even an extension as I was out of town a few days and couldn't pick it up at the appointed time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Luis who took me into their shop and went over step by step exactly what was done. They took all my stress away from getting my vehicle assessed, repaired and handed back to me like a super shiny brand new vehicle....it was amazing.... really!!
