I rarely take allopurinol now. 2. Cupping on my forearms and triceps provided much needed relief, as I tend to lift heavy at the gym What didn't work for me: 1. I could not tell much difference from the cupping on my back 2. If your elbows click or pop like mine, the chances are that will persist. Do not expect that to go away. The whole wet cupping therapy is highly recommended and provide amazing relief. The part where people get freaked out about is the blood, and perhaps the meditative music doesn't help that experience. Also, the therapy sessions are not likely covered by the insurance. So it can be expensive at times. Despite a couple of downsides, I still recommend the wet cupping therapy.

The injections were rough, I had significant swelling and bruising around my lips, and I was given no aftercare instructions. My lips went back to their original size within a month. When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

After acupuncture, physical therapy, pain medicines, and cortisone related epidural shots which did not touch the pain and 5 doctors later, I saw a friend of mine who I had not seen in over 15 years in a Jewel store. She asked how my husband was doing. I mentioned that he, at this point WE, have been suffering with pain for almost a year in his right hip, thigh and back area. She mentioned that she had experienced similar pain and that she had a hip replacement which was done by Dr. Scott Sporer. Note, she was dancing in the aisle in Jewel, and after getting the contact information from her I went directly home, not finishing my grocery shopping, and called his office immediately. After explaining what was going on with my husband and that I needed an appointment right away, his scheduler Angie got us an appointment a few weeks later. I did a count down until that day came, which was on Valentine's day. I love Dr. Sporer! He was thorough in his examination, patient, listened and explained everything. Mind you I had every MRI, and x ray, the actual images on discs, lab work and progress notes that had been taken over the months. However, upon arrival an x-ray was taken at Dr. Sporer's office and it was agreed that the joint was bone on bone in the right hip. Although my husband also has arthritis throughout his joints, Dr Sporer explained to us my husband's options which included right hip replacement. My husband agreed that surgery was his choice at this point. Dr. Sporer asked when you would like surgery, and my husband immediately stated tomorrow! This was my husband who was previously afraid of having surgery but, at this point, the pain was unbearable and he wanted it addressed immediately, so did I! The surgery was performed in March and was a success, and slightly over 5 weeks later, my husband who prior to surgery could not stand up straight without making old folks pain sounds, and I were in Los Cabos where we both thanked God, relaxed, and my husband was in little and mostly no pain. Please note that follow-up with Katherine Olsen PA-C, the PT team with Caitlyn Jaraczewski and the follow-up with Dr. Sporer and continuing your PT is critical for full recovery. When looking for a hip replacement surgeon look no further, Dr. Scott Sporer is the one and he brings with him a Team of physicians, nurses, technicians, a real Team, to see you through your journey to a better life. We are subsequently being charged for what would be a months supply of various meds, none of which he received. We have paid the co pay for the meds he did received, but they billed the pharmacy for the entire months supply. . We have disputed with both the facility & the pharmacy. Heartland rebilled, Now we are being charged co-co-pays for both. We have disputed time & again to no avail. Keep that in mind when dealing with this facility.
