This took about a month. Then they said they filed a claim with the Manufacturer. Two months later told me that they mistakenly had not filed the claim. Once all this was done. They gave me an estimate and then said they had made a mistake and raised the price $1100. I contacted their CEO and made her aware of the problem. Never heard back, so my fear is that their lack of concern for their customer starts at the very top. My opinion is if you are looking for an efficient, accurate and customer focused company. Pass on this one.

He had a wonderful team of plumbers, electricians, painters etc. - and all of them were friendly, professional, an did a beautiful job. Joe did a lot of the work himself and his attention to detail is amazing. The quality of work is wonderful. He added little extra touches to make a modest basement into something special. Had an impossible problem in 30 year old house that we recently purchased that had hot water coming…read moreout of the hot faucet and very warm water coming out of cold faucets - even had hot toilets. If I turned off the hot water circulation pump it improved but getting hot water to the shower took 2 minutes of running the water. Ryan came out last week and looked it over suspecting that the shower cartridges may be faulty and leaking hot into cold and took photos of the shower valves to make certain he could get the right model cartridges. They called earlier this week and had the necessary cartridges and assigned two plumbers from their crew who showed up at 9 AM and got to work diagnosing the problem. They pretty much studied the entire plumbing system before they took anything apart and when they did they found a stuck temperature balancing valve in the Master Bath shower. They did not have this additional part with them so they went to the distributor and came back with the only 2 in stock. They compared the new ones with the 30 year old ones and **Wallah** verified the two old ones they pulled were defective (no rattle when shaken indicating the valves were frozen) and popped in the two new ones and started the recirculation system again and were greeted with hot on the hot side and cold on the cold side. They indicated their office has ordered two more balancing valves and would notify us of an install date as soon as they arrive. These two did everything possible to eliminate other causes and nailed the root cause diagnosis which allowed for a thorough repair. Kudos to the diligent and very thorough LaBrash Team.

In my opinion this is not true emergency service, and I did not like his attitude.

They originally made an appointment for that Friday, but called me back on Tuesday with an earlier opening, which I really appreciated, so I ended up having a new garbage disposal by Wednesday! The plumber I worked with was Ed, and he was very adaptable to the quirks of the tiny 100yr old condo I live in. It took about 2.5 hours. Ultimately the garbage disposal plus installation cost $875. (The Google estimates I was reading said garbage disposals are usually between 200-900.) They seem like a reliable operation.
