Bruiser had his annual last week and I reminded me he should have his teeth taken care of. Dr. Legori's staff has the most loving staff who genuinely care for your fur babies and you! I dropped my Broobie off when they opened and was told exactly what needed to be done. I received a call later in the day and that everything went well. There was no, "He needed this or this happened that cost $200 more. " Very simple, we cleaned his teeth, had to extract 2. Much as I expected. I later picked up Broobie and brought Mama Bisc with me. She walked around the house all day lonely without him. Of course she was hesitant to go in thinking she was going in for something! We were greeted with lotso love. Biscuit was so excited to see his Broobie when they brought him out. Kisses and loves all around. I cannot think of any Veterinarian and staff who show this much love and patience for their clients. I love that if something were to happen in the future, I could call and get in right away and receive the upmost care, because they care as much as we care for our fur babies.

Dr. Morgan was spot on with each thought and diagnosis she has provided. Last night was a very difficult night and I was sure today would be "the day". Once I arrived, Dr. Morgan eased my worries as much as she could. As she thought it was an abscess which she promptly lanced, drained and cleaned. Once the procedure was done, Silver was brought back to me swaddled like an infant in his favorite blanket. Layla is the most caring, amazing technician I have ever come across. There is another tech that is particularly kind but I don't recall her name. (my shortcoming as she has told me her name) I can describe her though - young, dark hair and blue eyeglasses. I really respect her and her bedside manner. She takes her time with animals and their owners. What I like about Dr. Morgan is when there are issues she starts out with simple diagnosis and if needed then goes to all the new stuff out there. I like that so I'm not paying $1000.00 to treat my dog when it could have been a simple fix. She doesn't evade the testing etc. but starts out with common sense treatments then works up if needed. It's hard to do, but I have to say, lap of love made this as easy as they could. Our baby spent so much of her last 6 months in emergency rooms, vet officers, and hospitals. Even as her health tanked, we could not imagine letting her go in anyplace but her home. We made an appointment if the afternoon thinking that would be her final moments, but when her health tanked so quickly, lap of love was able to move her appointment to the earliest possible time. Dr Stephanie was a pro. She was as stoic but caring and understanding. She never rushed us and gave us as much time as we needed. She gave us a detailed description of what to expect. And in the end, she allowed our baby to pass peacefully and comfortably and never made us feel rushed and never pushed us to say our final goodbyes. Letting your baby go is an impossible decision, but Lap of Love makes it as easy and peaceful as possible. I can't say enough good things, but in the middle of the hurt and pain, it's hard to say anything else. They took our baby from us, but they did it as peacefully and lovingly as possible.

Disappointed with the communication and organization at this clinic…read more In November, I brought my dog in for a general check-up, and during the visit I asked about his teeth, as he has a dental issue. I specifically asked about a dental cleaning without anesthesia. Dental cleaning with anesthesia was not discussed at all, as for me it was not an option. I was told that such procedures are usually done in January. I was given a printed Price Estimate for a non-anesthetic dental cleaning and provided with calming tablets, explained as being intended for a cleaning without anesthesia to be given in the morning of the procedure. I attempted to schedule the procedure immediately after the visit but was told the schedule was closed and to call back later. The Friday before the appointment, I called the clinic myself because no one had contacted me with instructions. I was told when my dog should stop eating and that someone would call me the next day with instructions about the tablets. No one called, and I had to figure out on my own how and when to give the medication. As a result, my dog was given calming medication unnecessarily. When I arrived for the appointment, I was then informed that the dental cleaning would be performed under full anesthesia, which had never been discussed or agreed to. This review reflects my personal experience and the information provided to me during my visits.
