She won't let the driver leave if the patient is taking a Valium! No joke! Parking Lot: This gets 2-3 stars. There is not enough handicapped parking for the people they serve. My dad uses a walker and needs to park close to the facility. When we arrived for his appointment there was no close parking except for the "doctor's only parking." I made the suggestion to the front desk receptionist that maybe they could find parking further away to allow their patients closer parking spots. I'm posting this review now in hopes they will see this and consider the change. Time: From a Caretaker perspective....You have to stay with the patient during their procedure and you cannot leave the property. When we arrived we were told they were running "30 minutes behind", however, it was over an hour wait with no apology! I work full-time and need to be at work. Service: Based on our last visit, there was a man who walked with us to the car and assisted helping me get my dad in the car. I give him 5 stars!!!

My experience with Dr. Dovgan's office was extremely disappointing, not because a mistake was made,…read morebut because of the complete lack of accountability and basic courtesy afterwards by the receptionist that I dealt with in the office. My appointment was scheduled for 24 August as a new patient, however, I received a call last week to confirm that my appointment was actually scheduled for 27 July 2026 at 11A.M. When I questioned the woman whether the new appointment date was correct, I was reassured that it was correct. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the new appointment date. I drove to the office arriving 20 minutes early as directed to complete my new patient paperwork, only to be told by the receptionist that my appointment was actually scheduled for 24 August at 11 A.M. and I would not be seen until then. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. When I asked the receptionist why I had not received a phone call to explain their mistake, she responded that she was busy all morning dealing with insurance issues for another patient. To which I responded, a phone call would have taken two minutes out of her busy morning to let me know. What defines customer service is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, Dr. Govgan's office chose not to take responsibility or show any empathy or professionalism. I left his office feeling dismissed and inconvenienced. If this is how they treat patients when the office is at fault, I cannot recommend them. Sincerely,

When I returned a week or so later for the procedure, my leg was prepped and his PA introduced himself and began the stripping. Dr. Ramdev, the vascular surgeon never joined us. Both legs were stripped and approximately 2 weeks after the final procedure was completed, my calves turned reddish purple, were hot, swollen and took on a leathery appearance. I called the office and requested that the doctor look at my calves as I was suspicious of possible blood clots. Again, the PA looked at my legs and said he wasn't concerned because he thought it looked like sunburned sunspots; advised me to go home and keep my legs moisturized and elevated and call back if there was no improvement in 2 days. I requested a venous doppler and he replied that it was not necessary. I asked to see the surgeon, but he was not available. Fifteen minutes later I appeared at my primary doctor's office when upon first glance, she ordered xrays and a doppler. In 30 minutes I was given a blood thinner, because I had a DVT in each calve. My vote = 0. My recommendation...if you feel the practice is unprofessiomal or lacks competency, RUN and find a new doctor. Personnally, I will never call that practice again.
