After approximately 30 minutes I was told that I had to reschedule because some staff was not in. AUA could have called me on the phone instead of having me come in and waste my day. AUA acts like this is normal practice. If my appointments were not scheduled so close I would definitely go elsewhere after this incident. They had no concern whatsoever about the situation that they caused. Car rides are not comfortable in this situation.
