Unfortunately Randy retired recently and the new owner has lost my business before I set foot on the premises. Called to make an appointment for the next day for new tires on my grandson's car and all was good until they asked me to come in TODAY to pay. I'm 62 years old and my family has 4 cars one of which is a performance car which eats tires, I've replaced a LOT of tires in my lifetime and I've NEVER been asked to pay for them before they're on the car. I talked to Randy just before he retired and told him I hoped his successor was at least half as trustworthy as he was. Disappointed to say the least. I will not be back here.

We broke down just up the road on highway 51 just passed 412 shortly before closing time, and they were so good to us knowing our situation being from out of town. They came to my home and checked my truck for me due to a noise coming from my engine and transmission area. It was determined to be some converter thing in my transmission and some other part but can't remember the name for it exactly, anyways the gentleman went and got the parts that was needed and had my 2014 Tahoe fixed by the afternoon as too I needed my truck for it being my only transportation for work and college.
