I booked an appointment with P.A. Loraine for a laser treatment. Upon arrival, numbing cream was…read moreapplied, and I was left alone in the room for nearly an hour and a half. When P.A. Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I love this Venetian location! I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done by several of the…read morenail techs here, and I've had great experiences with all of them. I should mention that I always get gel polish on both my hands and feet, so I can't speak to acrylics or other services. My favorite is Eva. She's fast and does beautiful work. Connie is also amazing, and I recently had Ivy do my nails, and she's fantastic as well. For me, what makes a nail tech great is how my nails look as they grow out. Does the base of the polish grow out in a nice, even semi-circle? If so, that's a win in my book. Second, does the polish chip? If not, I'm happy! With these techs, I can often go three weeks with no chipping. Sure, my nails look grown out by then, but thanks to how evenly the polish was applied, they still look... polished! (See what I did there? ) My husband recently got into having his nails buffed and shined with a manicure and pedicure, and he really liked Lynne. So there are quite a few techs here that I highly recommend. My advice is to always call and make an appointment, even if it's for the same day. You'll be seen on time. Also, arrive a little early because they have so many polish colors to choose from that you'll want time to browse. Free parking is available, and there are lots of great places nearby to shop and grab a bite to eat. I drive all the way from Boynton Beach to this location because, in my opinion, it's the best!

The bed was comfortable as well, and the aesthetician was very informative about all the processes she was doing for the facial. The only reason I gave this a four star was because I was looking forward to being very relaxed and just enjoying the facial and felt that the aesthetician talked quite a bit of the time which was OK. She was very nice but I have very much so like a spa treatment to be done in silence. I would go back!

I left feeling so reinvigorated in every aspect possible- this was so interesting as I went in planning on having a massage body & mind completely recharged. It felt like I had a massage but also so much more. ---- The only grievance I would like to raise nothing to do with service only the venu. The walls are quite thin, and when people walk through the building, speaking loudly, it can be very distracting and detracts from the experience. I hope they resolve this by reminding all who enter to use inside voices at the check-in, or adding sound proofing.

Today we visited Feinstein Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery as a family for our 4-year-old daughter…read more She was born with several birthmarks on her face. Most of them have faded over the years, but two small ones remain, so we wanted to see if laser treatment would be an option. The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return when the time is right. Thank you for taking such great care of our family!

I am 72 years old, and finally, I have found an esthetician who understands mature skin. Many spa facials follow a standard protocol and do not necessarily "customize" to meet the challenges of aging. I do not want extreme measures, face lift, botox, etc., but believe it or not, microdermabrasion, feeding the skin and Kryro-pen freezing of age spots on my hands has made a BIG difference!
