A Plus did an elastomeric roof for us. When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the…read morecontractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again.

As we are now selling her home an inspection showed they did not do some work properly including placing storm collars on 3 flues and tar/seal of cracks around other penetrations. He tried to tell me the collars blew off with the wind! They should be installed so they don't blow off in less than 2 years time. He wanted $150 to come out to do an estimate and said work is not warranted. DO NOT believe his website. There is no guarantee with this man. Not even less than 2 year guarantee. To make matters worse he speaks about how Christian he is. Pathetic.

If every contractor ran their business like Innovative Coatings the home improvement world would be…read morea whole lot less stressful. We recently bought a house that had some very strong early 2000s character and definitely needed some love. When Innovative Coatings gave us their quote I honestly thought it had to be one of those too good to be true situations because it was so reasonable compared to everything else we had seen. Turns out there was no catch. They showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and completely delivered. The crew was fast, efficient, and genuinely kind people to have around. They repaired and repatched our stucco, kept their work areas clean, and treated our home with a lot of care. the transformation is unreal. What used to be a tired early 2000s house is now a complete eye catcher. It honestly looks like a totally different home. Great pricing, incredible work, and good people who clearly take pride in what they do. If you are thinking about painting your house just call Innovative Coatings. You will save yourself a lot of time and stress. These are your people. Highly recommend.
